Then, finally open your upper chest to the ceiling .
This technique can make you feel better especially when you try to back bending 💗

Hanumanasana aka front splits. Expect 3-5 breath minimum holds, lengthening and strengthening of back, core, hips, and legs. And the overwhelming feeling of being more than ready to leap into the new week!

PARIS CLASS/ If you ever are living in Paris or simply passing by please do not hesitate to send me a message to get to know more about my classes in town. One regular group class I teach is every Monday from 7.15-8.30pm in the 7th district. I like during this class either to view/review a certain asana, checking on our alignment, muscles engagement and variations or flowing through a more typical Vinyasa flow giving importance to all the “in between” postures moments: catching your breath, deepening your attention, getting closer to the feeling... all those aspects for me are foundations to a nice Vinyasa practice. I love this Monday class because it gathers both young and less young yogis, more and less “advanced” ones. The more the merrier so feel free to join ! I’ve been taking a step back from here and focusing on doing more of my practice just for me. Although I love sharing, I can feel when social media is taking too much of a tug at me. It starts to feel more like a chore/forced, rather then me just freely sharing. .
I feel pressured to always make sure my videos are good quality, different from the last, and intriguing enough to keep people watching. But the truth is that my practice is almost the same every single day, and trying to be “interesting” all the time is an impossible feat. Like I’m running a race against myself and it has no end. .
I started sharing my practice here because it has changed my life. I wanted to share it with others in hopes that I could shine a little light and maybe others would also fall in love with it 💙. .
I’m still here. And I am sure I’ll be sharing more of my practice videos and tutorials very soon. Just needed a little mini break from all the videos 😅. Love you all 💙.
É tudo uma questão de respiração. Minha respiração pode me acelerar, estimular meu coração a bater mais forte, fazer minha pressão arterial subir. Da mesma forma, ela pode me desacelerar, restaurar e fazer relaxar. Aprender a usar toda minha capacidade pulmonar foi uma ferramenta e tanto para lidar com a minha ansiedade. Não, professora de yoga não é zen por natureza 🤣
