“Home is so sad. It stays as it was left,
Shaped to the comfort of the last to go
As if to win them back. Instead, bereft
Of anyone to please, it withers so,
Having no heart to put aside the theft -
And turn again to what it started as,
A joyous shot at how things ought to be,
Long fallen wide. You can see how it was:
Look at the pictures and the cutlery.
The music in the piano stool. That vase.” -

Lots of private lessons and hacks today. Also been busy with pony camp and activity days for children. Today, after grooming and tacking up, the children rode the dressage simulator, had a go at racing on the racehorse simulator, learned about horse behaviour and how horses learn, practiced with the stability balls to improve their balance, learned how to mount correctly, had a go at course building and jumping the jumps themselves, came up with some great drill riding moves and then mucked out the stables before evening games and swimming. We still have a few spaces for private lessons and hacks this week so call 01728 746916 to book.
Our game is in its last week on Kickstarter and still needs your help. This rough mock-up shows the cool table space, using dice and cards to hop around a pentacle and generate phantoms and story beats. I’m super proud, we’ve worked real hard and invented something that just hasn’t been done before in our scene. Please check out the Kickstarter (link in profile). If you wanna support my creative work, chuck $10 for a pdf, but if you wanna splurge for a fancy physical product, the game with cloth mat, unique cards, a paper craft lantern, and maybe custom dice, it’s only $20. @worldchampgameco
