Just like that the Bali adventure is over and we are back in rainy Melbourne. 🌂 A really important tip: don’t go to @westinbali which has the most amazing buffet breakfasts in the last week of the F45 challenge and expect to be lighter than you started! 🐷

Some of yesterday’s upper body werkout. I only started training upper body when I was in Madrid (two years ago) but it helps so much, makes me feel stronger as a whole and strengthens my stomach😼 (lol at the fact my hair is different in each vid) x
The only thing I know for sure is that I will never give up 💪🏻 I’ll always keep pushing & so should you, even on your worst days. The gym life is literally like a roller coaster, there’s highs & lows. All I gotta say is it’s fricken worth it. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve left the gym as an emotional mess 🤦🏼♀️ Every workout isn’t always going to be a 10/10 BUT every one you do is making you stronger, inside and out. If you give up now, what’ll that do for you? You started for a reason, so keep going!! 👏🏻
This is what today’s workout looked like. Bands and dumbbells and a whole heap of toys. Some days I can’t make it to the gym, or days when I travel and that’s ok. You just have to make do with what you have. Any movement is better than none
Do you film your lifts? It’s super beneficial to film yourself during your lifts, especially your major movements. Why? Because it allows for you to watch and see where you can improve. There is always room for improvement. Quite often we feel as though we have nailed our lift with form and tempo. It’s not until reviewing it later that you realise that a particular muscle group may not have been firing or switch on, or what felt like 3 seconds was only 1.5. Film yourself to lift bigger and better.
Check out this footage of @luke_kingston26 smashing a pb for his 1rm on his bench. He made it to 105kg! 💪🏻🤙
I still pinch myself that this day even happened. To be able to push your body to the point where you have been fitter than ever before AFTER having a baby is such a huge achievement. .
