#cheatmeal Every other Thursday has turned into my relaxed diet night! I’m so strict with my diet since my surgery but I make sure I let my guard down and have a carby meal every once in a while.
Tonight it’s Lasagne made from scratch ❣️ who knew pasta sheets were so easy to make!?! Never buying packet pasta again!
I never thought of myself as having an addictive personality but now I’m starting to think that, perhaps I might🤦🏾♀️🙈😂. I say this because anytime I try a new product now and I like it, I develop a very STRONG liking to it. Take, for example, this Mocha Latte Coffee House Muscle Milk Shake. I tried it last week and have been on it every day since! I drank my last one last night and went out this morning and bought 2 more 4 packs. Bad, I know 😔, but it tastes SOOOOO GOOOD! Here’s the thing though, when I first tasted it, I didn’t care for it much, but I drank it lukewarm and I think that was the problem. Despite not liking it when I first tasted it, I don’t like wasting money and decided to give it another try before I sneakily pushed them off on babe by packing them in his lunch everyday until they were gone 🤫🤭🤣🙈. Well the next day, it tastes AMAZING, but that’s because it was ice cold, which I guess is how you’re supposed to drink it. I’m not a cold coffee type of person so I didn’t think that made too much of a difference but I see now that it makes ALL the difference! The Muscle Milk brand gets a band wrap from what I’ve seen online and in reviews but that’s why you can’t always go by reviews. Just because someone dislikes something doesn’t mean you will (and vice versa), that why it’s still good to try a product out for yourself and be the judge. I’m glad I tried this one because it is now one of my new favorites and I plan to try other flavors in the brand. If you’ve tried it, let me know what you think of it. I don’t expect everyone to like it, butI still love to read opinions and feedback!
