•LECHE DE COCO• La leche de coco es perfecta para quienes no son grandes consumidores y no les sirve hacer leche de almendras o castañas porque se pone mal antes de terminarla o no tienen siempre almendras (o lo que fuese) activadas. Esta leche podés hacerla en el momento, ya que el coco no necesita ser activado. Van a necesitar: 🥥 Una parte de coco rayado (yo usé media taza) 🥥 Una parte de agua hirviendo 🥥 Dos partes de agua a temperatura ambiente o tibia. Licuar el coco junto con el agua hirviendo hasta que este todo homogéneo, agregar el resto del agua y volver a licuar. Colar la mezcla con una bolsita de tela (hay unas que son específicamente para colar) o un repasador. Lo que quede en la bolsa a mi me gusta tostarlo y agregarlo a platos tipo wok.
