Ideal para estos fríos 🤧❄🌦 y el clima de #concepción les dejo esta crema de zapallo, súper fácil y rápida, lo único con algo más de técnica son esos #chips de zapallo que fueron realizados en estos hornitos de casa, que son bien útiles.

Another meal prep success! I’m definitely going to keep this one in heavy rotation. Total of 5sp/356 cal for these Italian chicken bowls (0, includes chicken breast, broccoli, onion, cherry tomatoes, and zucchini) with 1/2 cup brown rice (3), celery, and plain Greek yogurt with 9g maple syrup (1), blackberries, and 1/8 oz sliced almonds (1).
If you're a vegan or vegetarian then listen up!
You need to place a bigger focus on how much protein you're eating because it's going to be a little bit harder to reach your numbers.
It's harder, but not impossible.
One staple you may want to add to your diet is tofu or tempeh.
This food contains all amino acids needed for muscle growth/recovery and are high in protein.
There are so many different meals you can create with Tempeh or Tofu such as stir fry's or adding them to a salad.
Heck, even if you're not a vegan or vegetarian adding some tempeh or tofu to your diet as a meat substitute or just to change things up is a fantastic option.
What's the difference between tofu and tempeh?
Tempeh is made from fermented soybeans that have been soaked, hulled, cooked, and then molded into a patty-like shape. Of course, there’s some variation in the shape the cooked soy beans get molded into, like tempeh sold in bacon-like strips.
Tofu is also a soybean product, but while tempeh is made directly from cooking and fermenting soybeans, tofu is made from condensed, unfermented soy milk that’s been processed into solid white blocks.
So they're both soy products, just produced differently.
Give them both a try to see what you like best.
happy tuesday everyone💓 had my first anatomy class of the summer today, which i need to take before starting grad school and lemme just say it felt like i was back in 8th grade biology😂 hopefully it gets a little better so i don’t feel like i’m wasting my time “learning” stuff i already know🙄 anywaysssss i needed a protein filled meal for after my intense leg day today so here it is!!➡️ @eatbanza rotini, sautéed broccoli & chicken sausage from @costco topped it off with the usual spices, evoo & nutritional yeast 🤩 now off to catch up on handmaids tale and relax for the rest of the day 😌✨

Kale & Arugula Salad with Seared Scallops
Removed thick veins from kale. Massaged with Himalayan salt & olive oil. Added in Arugula. Tossed greens with white balsamic vinegar and corse black pepper. Mixed in shredded carrots, raw pepita seeds & blush wine vinaigrette marinated cucumbers. Topped with fresh shaved Parmesan and seared scallops. 🥒

Happy first day of summer! I'm making this light Veggie Quinoa Bowl to celebrate the new season. I've used my prepped vegetables and proteins to create this quick and easy dish that can be served warm or cold as a salad. Toss all of the ingredients into a skillet to get warm and crispy and enjoy! #summersolstice⠀
