3D Huichol Bracelets 😍 Available in Gold, Green, and Silver. The Huichol people are a tribe in the Sierra Madre Mountains of Mexico. Shamanism is a way of life for these people. They practice today, the healing rituals that they have for many generations. Huichol shamans continue to preform ancient ceremonies to this day. They live a completely off grid lifestyle, without electricity or running water, so they completely rely on their relationship with nature to sustain themselves. They are also well known for their beautiful bead work. This bracelet is just one of many things they make, by hand, with beads.💛
I used to HATE public speaking. I know- sounds crazy now, especially as a theater major.. but it’s true! .
Even though I was an outgoing kid- I used to be terrified of speaking or “performing” in a large crowd. Especially when it was something I had written. .
Flash forward a decade and have now preached in churches where I don’t know the congregation very well, given 3 talks at our annual women’s conference ( @thepowerinmelive), AND read scripture in front of (literally) thousands of people! .
This didn’t happen over night. .
It has taken so much time, effort, training, practicing, and most importantly, FAILING. Yes, sometimes you need to fail to grow! .
If you would have told me as a 13 year old kid that I would be delivering a message each week in church as well as being an annual speaker and have all of these other amazing opportunities, I would NOT believe you. .
But I know that the last 15 years of my life have all been leading me right into where I am meant to be! Sharing the good news and encouraging people to keep failing, and keep trying. ✨

I want to stop in this moment and take a deep breath...the last 24hrs has been beyond difficult.... But I would like to encourage and empower those who hurt in silence to know you don’t have to.
There is power when women come together and support each other.
Why should we grieve in silence?... bc socially we are trained not to tell people about early pregnancy or talk about miscarriage. I miscarried on Saturday, and while my heart is heavy, something beautiful happened.
I got the privilege to have three women stop time for me in the middle of night to band together to support me as a woman, as a mother, and as a friend. In that emergency room I had these women share a moment of love, prayer and support. I will never forget it and how powerful it was. Thank you for showing a beautiful act of love and support. For anyone who is suffering, never hesitate to reach out for help. For those who may think someone is suffering in silence, ask them the very powerful question of “how are you”. We are all connected through this beautiful life and the struggles and triumphs that come with it.
Go spread love and kindness
Are you getting enough of it?

I’m just about to fly out of Toronto and head home. It’s hard to digest everything we have covered in the last 3 days but slowly things are starting to sink in.
The theme of the event I attended was ‘Better Together’ and really it epitomises everything I feel about my own business. I love surrounding myself with people who think and feel like me. I love my community of amazing people and I love spending time with people who are equally passionate about changing lives. This weekend I’ve laughed, played and worked hard with HUNDREDS of amazing people. I wasn’t actually sure you could create that level of energy in one room 🚀
People from all walks of life and from all over the world were joined by the common belief that we are indeed, Better Together.
There were no egos
There was no negativity
There was no judgement
And I knew I’d found my tribe.
On the plane on the way here I mapped out some ideas of how I’d like to serve my community even more, and honestly after this weekend I’ve planned some amazing ways to be able to connect and help even more people. I’m so excited to share everything with you.
You see I realise it’s actually pretty simple. I love what I do, I love my community. That magic combination makes me so happy ❤️ Big love to people who made this weekend special @kirstycarden@jessicakillingley@ruthkudzi@lauraphillipshq ❤️ And of course @stumclaren. You are without a doubt one of the most incredible humans I have ever met. The way you show up for your people is an inspiration to us all. #tribelive2019
