Biding this mutable transition time with an old brew the ancestors knew of mushroom medicine in a dark bitter tea of roasted roots. They speak to my Re-membering. The light is shifting, still warming the inspired breath of a golden breeze that whispers to me of waning days, of Queen Anne’s Lace and winged veiled ladies working in the dark. #tea#tisane#chicory#chicoryroot#mushrooms#chaga#reishi#mutable#transitiontimes
A seeker of silences I am, and what treasure have I found in silences that I may dispense with confidence?
If this is my day of harvest, in what fields have I sowed the seed, and in what unremembered seasons?

Beautiful Monday morning people.
TEA...anyone?😁🍵 Did you know?
Tea is believed to have originated in China as a medicinal drink. In the 17th century, it spread to the UK, establishing its hold there – and, judging by the British cultural institution that is the ‘cuppa,’ it has obviously maintained its popularity. China produces more tea than any other country in the world, followed by India and Kenya.
Personally, I would love to taste tea from different countries...especially the above mentioned.
Drinking tea could help reduce the risk of heart attack. Tea might also help protect against cardiovascular and degenerative diseases.
SIP a glass of tea these morning and have yourself a memorable Monday.
