Odziwo? Da się łączyć to czego pragniemy, to do czego dążymy, z tym czego mogą oczekiwać od nas inni.
Sęk w tym, by nie zatracić siebie, nie stać się ofiarą, nie żyć ZA kogoś.
Sęk w tym, by umieć odróżniać poczucie spełnienia od bycia życiowym jeleniem (przepraszam), a jednocześnie godnie dążyć do poczucia samorealizacji.

We typically start our session with a type of pressing movement which is vital for you to gain size, pump as much blood into your chest as possible, and also gain some strength which is a big part in building muscle and mass.
-6-8 sets of chest press starting with one plate and going up 25 pounds each set.
-When we get to the maximum amount of weight we can press we go back down to the amount of weight we started our working set with.
-The resting period should be between 60-90s and 2 min between the maximum weight and the descendant part. ❗️Let’s get this Arnold chest popping!! #letsgetbettertogether❗️

I am always so surprised on how strong my baby is!
He fell face first to the end of the couch arm rest and it caused him to bite the interior of his upper lip 😭
After literally 4 full handfuls of blood and the whole bathroom sink full of blood. The bite was pretty deep and we took him to the ER. When he cried he stretched out the cut even more causing it to tear more 😭
Sebastian always heals super fast ! So during the whole 30min car ride to the emergency room. The blood stopped gushing and once he was checked out by the doctor, the deep cut was literally almost completely close !
So luckily no stitches were required due to him healing so fast !
He also didn't get any loose teeth 🦷
Now the whole area is swollen and he's going to have to only eat cold food items.
But he was such a strong kid. Instead of just screaming he was just using his toungue to stop the bleeding and kept drinking water. While freaked out mom over here was driving and crying the whole way to the hospital 😂😭
He was just all smiles in the waiting room ! And wanted to go home because he said he was hungry 😂
I guess this is what the boy mom life is all about 🤦
