I can’t believe I got on this giant beast! 😜
I had this crazy photo idea & just happened to mention it to someone who obviously had the right connections to make this happen. 🐂
And you know, the funny thing is, this Luxury Longhorn held his head up higher, stepped a bit taller & we all swore he knew he’d made the handsome GQ grade as soon as this gorgeous Ella Peters Squash Blossom was draped around his head! I wanted to come up with a great caption & then I thought; Let them write the caption! 😝👍🏼
Sooo what will it be?
You write a caption instead of me‼️ I’ll pick my favorite one & award a gift for my top pick!👍🏼💓👍🏼

Fried squash blossoms, stuffed with ricotta, mint and lemon zest. I could eat a gazillion of these, I’m kind of glad they are a pain in the ass to make. .
I’m not the first foodie in my family, in fact I think the word foodie was originally transcribed from my last name. My grandma has been putting out amazing spreads for longer than I can remember, and from what she tells me it’s a tradition that goes back a long way. It was my big cousin Dani who was really the first foodie in the family, she was always experimenting with things in the kitchen and trying to pitch us on her creations with varying levels of success. Then she stepped up her game and started grazingdani.blogspot.com this was an impressive venture, she was now the real deal, as far as I was concerned a real chef who’s achievements I’d never come close to broaching. Many years later I started this instagram, it was in part a subtle tip of the hat to her. I am so grateful for my inspiring cousin @grazingdani thank you 🙏 for always being here to chat and always being open about your dietary choices, and congrats on all your most recent life events!
😍Good things come in threes! These lovely squash blossoms look much more alert in the morning than I do.😴For those of you who eat squash blossoms, when do you harvest them? Male or female? Once the fruit has been pollinated or before that? I need answers!
