There are not many people who I respect more than @nunez3dmj , furthermore I am hard pressed to name someone who has contributed more to my lifting career than Alberto. From listening to the @team3dmj podcast to other podcasts he appears on, to the videos he uploads to the YouTubes he provides a wealth of knowledge and practical applications. This weekend at the @inbf_musclemayhem I had the pleasure of meeting Alberto and chopping it up with him, as well as watching @3dmj_godfather , @helms3dmj ,and some of the best natural bodybuilders in the world compete and let me tell you it makes me wonder if I should bulk to the year 3,001 if I want to be competitive in this sport...
What Pre-Workout works best for you?
1️⃣Do you want the tingling sensation under your skin?? Answer: Beta Alanine.
Side Note: Beta Alanine actually enhances the performance by increasing exercise capacity and decreasing the muscle fatigue!
Recommended Dose: 2-5g
2️⃣Do you want that insane nasty blood flowing pump? Answer: L-Citrulline Malate.
