It’s not easy to make permanent changes in our lives - especially when it comes to fitness...more often than not we find ourselves trying something new for 30, 60 or 90 days only to do go back to our old ways and feel disappointed in ourselves. Instead of feeling depressed I invite you to make a shift in your perspective. Permanent changes happen one small choice at a time day in and day out - you don’t need to go all out for 30,60 or 90 days...you need to do it everyday forever. Instead of seeing ourselves as people who need to to do a certain “plan” or “program” to achieve X, Y or Z goal and feel accomplished, start right where you are - even if where you are really sucks - and try thinking that you already have everything great inside of you and all you need to do is keep making the right choices and shifting your perspective so your awesomeness can be revealed. It’s already there and it will last a lot longer than 30, 60 or 90 days when you start by knowing that you have the ability to achieve already inside of you.

this is... WABI SABI! A journey of discovering beauty in the breakdown & learning to build back up again. 👁 really resonated with this offering. Japanese aesthetic is so elegant & refined. Yet what happens when the perfectly smooth container of safety & precision shatters into a bunch of little pieces? Do we just throw it out? 🙇🏻♀️ or can we restore?
The process of Restoration runs DEEP. This workshop helped reveal a lot about my inner process of restoration & carefully applying the golden salve of healing to the cracks in my heart. As 👁 let go into the chaos there emerged a sense of renewal as a different unique container was formed! Finding perfection in the “imperfect” was one of many cathartic creative experiences at @mindcampx big ❤️🙏🏽 to @leonardomp@mindcampchile for this awakening session & to @marina_la_mar for capturing this & sharing your sweet soft strength of spirit 🌟
A quick roundup of the pieces I worked on this week. I hope everyone had a great weekend!!

God #chooses the most unlikely #people to do some of the most amazing things. God operates in the #spirit of #order and for Him to bring #purpose into your life, He must rearrange your circumstances. Consequently, God blesses houses as the purpose of God will not be aborted by the feelings of men. Rest assured, God has not forgotten about us. Sometimes our worst nightmares are #necessary to catapult our #mindsets to new dimensions. To leave our preverbal Lodebar, a place devoid of #restoration and communication, we must accept the provision. Check the record; we have the #DNA of a King.
