Which breakfast? 😋1, 2, or 3? 😍 by @choosing_balance . 1.Two eggs 🥚 boiled in boiling water for 7 mins then put in cold water 💦 to cool down before peeling + 1 small sweet potato 🍠 sliced really thin, coated in 1 tsp of olive oil and broiled for 10 minutes on the bottom shelf + 1/2 avocado 🥑😍 . 2.1 poached egg 🍳 I looked up a tutorial on Pinterest and this is what it was: Optional but separate the egg through a fine strainer and it gets rid of the “whispy” part of the egg. I put it in a small ramekin. Boil a pot of water 💦 then add 1 tbsp of vinegar, turn down to a simmer, swirl the water in a circle, and your egg in. Let it cook for 3-4 mins. Then scoop it out and it’s ready to go! Added it to a piece of @traderjoeslist sourdough toast with 1/2 mashed avocado 🥑 and red pepper flakes with tomatoes 🍅 and jalapeños 😍 . 3.1 egg fried in ghee + sautéed spinach + 1/2 avocado 🥑 + cauliflower rice with @traderjoes pesto 🤩😋

Готовьте гору поджаренных кусочков хлеба, потому что остановиться невозможно 😀 Соус пряный ⠀ ✔Помидоры -  6-7кг ✔Перец сладкий - 10 шт ✔Лук репчатый - 8 шт ✔Чеснок - 1 головка ✔Соль - 3 ст.л ✔Сахар - 2,5 стакана ✔Уксус -  100-150 гр ✔Перец горошком -10 шт ✔Душистый перец - 10 шт ✔Гвоздика - 10 шт ✔Корица - 1.5 ч.л ✔Перец горький чили - 1.5 ч.л ✔Паприка - 1.5 ч.л ✔Имбирь - 1.5 ч.л ✔Горчица - 1.5 ч.л ✔Крахмал - 1-2 ст.л (если понадобится) Помидоры и перец пропустить через мясорубку, добавить половину соли и сахара и уварить на 1/3 объема. После уваривания, если соус жидковат нужно добавить 1-2 стол.ложки крахмала. Взбить полученную смесь блендером. Лук и чеснок пропустить через мясорубку и добавить к взбитой смеси. Добавить все специи, оставшиеся соль и сахар и варить еще 20 минут. Ура, второй рецепт нашей воскресной рубрики - «Сырники, которые полюбят ваши детки😍». Ингредиенты: - творог - 2 пачки (по 200-250 г, лучше 9%) - 1 яйцо - мука - 2-3 ст.ложки - сахар - 1-2 ст.ложки - сливочное масло - 10-15 г - растительное масло - мёд - по вкусу - корица - 1/2 ч.л. - молоко - около 100 г Кидаем в чашу творог, муку, сахар, яйцо, перемешиваем миксером. На присыпанную мукой поверхность, выкладываем полученную массу, формируем «колбаску». Лепим сырники, обваливаем в муке. На сковородке, на среднем огне, немного растительного масла, выкладываем сырники, 2-3 минуты, перевернули, ещё минутка две, добавляем масло сливочное, мёд, молоко - если все правильно, все начнёт хорошо бурлить и шипеть, бросаем корицу, шевелим сковородку, чтобы все перемешалось, убавляем сразу на минимальный огонь, можно ещё разок перевернуть, накрываем крышкой и ещё пару минут. У вас получаются непросто сырники, а сырники с медово-сливочным соусом с корицей. Отличное лакомство как в тёплом, так и в холодном виде💕😍. Egal zu welcher Tageszeit, als Brei zum Frühstück, im Diätessen #1 Salat oder als Alternative zu Reis/Nudeln beim Abendessen. Hirse ist von Natur aus glutenfrei, hat einen hohen Ballaststoffgehalt und wirkt zudem noch basenbildend. Kombiniert mit einem hohen Anteil an Magnesium, Eisen, einigen B-Vitaminen, essentiellen Aminos und Kieselsäure/Silizium, worüber sich bei letzterem vor allem Haut & Haar freut, steht die Hirse gelinde gesagt, ganz "nice" da. Wir haben uns dazu entschieden unseren Hirsebrei heute mal mit Blaubeeren ein bisschen "aufzumotzen". Sie bringt einen hohen Antioxidantiengehalt mit, die den freien Radikalen den Kampf ansagen und erhöht mit dem hohen Gehalt an Vitamin C unsere Eisenabsorptionsrate aus der Hirse. What if I told you that you could still loose weight, or gain muscle eating these foods because in actual fact you can it just takes a bit of self control. Working your way through a loaf of bread and a block in a day is going to take you well over the amount of calories you should be consuming. Vite fait et simplissime. . - 400 g de tofu soyeux. - 200 ml de crème soja qui se monte en chantilly. - Sucre à votre goût (moi je n'en mets pas, je trouve que les speculoos sont largement assez sucrés). - 1 sachet de sucre vanillé. - 250 ml de café fort. - 2 cs d'amaretto. - Cacao en poudre non sucré. - 28 speculoos. . Dans un blender mixer le tofu soyeux et le sucre vanillé, jusqu'à ce que ce soit bien crémeux. Monter la crème en chantilly bien ferme. Incorporer le tofu soyeux à la chantilly. Préparer du café fort, le laisser refroidir, ajouter l'amaretto et bien mélanger. . Dans le fond de la verrine, mettre un speculoos préalablement trempé dans le mélange café/amaretto. Recouvrir d'une couche de crème, et saupoudrer de cacao en poudre non sucré. Mettre à nouveau 1 speculoos et ainsi de suite jusqu'à avoir 3 couches. .
