You can buy your zoodles pre made but it’s also simple to spiral your own with a spiralizer from @oxo! This garlic, lemon and shrimp linguine (turned zoodle) dish is flavorful and fresh. There are tons of variations of this dish, we also love the tomato sauce + meatball version. Here’s how we did this one 👇 . . . . . #Recipe! - 1 serving Ingredients: 1 medium zucchini 5 oz fresh shrimp 1 medium lemon 1 tsp fresh garlic or garlic powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1 tbs apple cider vinegar Instructions: Take your shrimp and season with garlic, salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice. Put aside to marinate. Take your medium zucchini and spiralize entirely. Put zoodles in a skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tbs apple cider vinegar and cover with lid to let the zoodles cook and get tender for 2-3 minute. There should be plenty of water in the pan from the zoodles. Add your shrimp to the mixture and season again with garlic, salt, pepper and lemon. Sauté everything in the pan- cooking shrimp 3-4 minutes each side. In 8 minutes the water should have cooled off and your dish is done. INGREDIENTES : . 4 cucharadas de harina (la que uses puede ser de avena, trigo integral, almendras, arroz, garbanzo) yo utilicé 3 de almendras y una de arroz integral ✳️// 1 y 1/2 bananos ( no tan maduros porque no queremos que sepa a torta de banano )// 1 cucharadita de polvo para hornear// 2 cucharadas grandes de cacao en polvo sin azúcar// 1 huevo entero// 4 cucharadas de leche vegetal o la que uses // 1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla// 1 pizca de sal marina// 1 cucharadita de café instantáneo ( opcional) // 1 sobre de stevia o el edulcorante que utilices ( rectificar punto de dulce al gusto)// Almendras o nueces picadas ( utilicé unas 8 ) // 2 cucharadas de mantequilla de frutos secos ( utilicé de ajonjolí ) // 1 cucharadita de aceite de coco ( puedes usar oliva o mantequilla sin sal) . CÓMO LO HAGO ? . . Mezcla todos los ingredientes en la licuadora, menos las almendras troceadas y una de las cucharadas de mantequilla de frutos secos. . Vierte la mezcla en un molde de silicona de preferencia cuadrado o rectangular. Agrega las almendras troceadas y la otra cucharada de mantequilla de frutos secos a la mezcla ( la idea es que quede tipo “ tropezones” dentro del brownie que le dan una textura diferente ). . Lleva al horno microondas por 6 minutos , máximo 8 ( cada micro es distinto) . I’ve been developing chia puddings in tons of different flavors. And, this blueberry orange chia pudding recipe won over someone who I never thought would ever eat chia pudding. 🍊🤩 I just love it when stuff like this happens!⁠ ⁠ I was hosting my book club at my apartment one night. 📸 @50shadesoffruit ・・・ Currently sitting in class thinking about these LOW CARB AVOCADO TACOS 🥑🤤 I don't follow a low carb diet (and probably never will) but these avocado taco boats are super simple to make and require little prep so these are perfect for busy weeknight dinners! 😺 won't be home until like 9pm tonight so highly considering these for dinner tonight! 😜 You will need: 1 ripe avocado 🥑 1 @respectburgers wagyu burger 1/4 cup sweet corn 1 small Roma tomato 1/4 bell pepper 1/2 lime salt and pepper Instructions: defrost a @respectburgers and heat up avocado oil in a pan. Toss in your burger and break apart into small chunks to resemble ground beef. Season with salt and pepper and cook thoroughly. Then slice open your ripe avocado and remove the pit. Facile!! #repost : : 👩🏼‍🍳 Cheese Gougéres👇🏻 ⚜️INGREDIENTS⚜️ • 4 ounces unsalted butter • 1 teaspoon sugar • 1 teaspoon salt • 1 cup water • 8 ounces all-purpose flour • 4 large eggs • 3 ounces grated hard cheese (Gruyère and cheddar work well) Fresh thyme leaves ⚜️INSTRUCTIONS⚜️ • Combine water, butter, salt and sugar in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Turn the heat off. Add the flour all at once and whisk vigorously to prevent lumps. Switch to a wooden spoon, turn the heat back on to medium, and stir for five minutes or until the dough forms a film on the bottom of the pan, 2. Transfer the dough to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment and mix on low to allow the dough to cool. When it is just warm to the touch, add the eggs one at a time until emulsified. 3. Add the cheese and thyme and mix to combine. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and pipe into ½” balls onto a sheet tray lined with a silpat or parchment, leaving plenty of room for the gougères to expand. Brush with egg wash. 4. Bake for 10 minutes at 400°F, then rotate and turn oven temperature down to 350°F and bake for an additional 10-20 minutes until crisp and golden. It’s cold and it’s rainy! Time for some heart warming meals like this Spinach Almond Ricotta Stuffed Shells. This is one of the recipes where nobody, absolutely nobody notices it is vegan. No matter who I serve it to, they always assume it’s cow ricotta. When this happens, my philosophy is there’s simply no point using dairy! It’s one of the perfect recipes to get started with when moving towards a more plant based diet. It’s a total mood booster and will make you feel so good about integrating more plants into your diet. My body (and thyroid) responds best to eating primarily AIP but I get tired of using coconut oil and flour in so many recipes. This recipe is free of coconut and therefore great for anyone who is sensitive to them or simply just doesn't like the taste of it much (aka my brother in law!) Recipe 3 bananas 1/2 olive oil 1/3 cup honey 1.5 cups cassava flour 1.5 tsp baking soda 1 tsp cinnamon 2 flax of gelatin eggs Mash bananas, add oil, honey and "eggs". Then add cassava, baking soda and cinnamon. Combine well. Fig, goat cheese and olive focaccia with hints of fresh zaatar.😍 This combination of flavours is out of this world. Sweetness from the caramelized figs; tangyiness from the oozing goat cheese, an aromatic bitterness from the zaatar, and a delicious sour note from the green olives. Divine. Swipe😍 Recipe: Makes 2 (25 x 32cm ) For the dough All purpose flour  5 cups  yeast 1 tbsp fine sea salt 1 tsp Sugar 2 tsp water, lukewarm about 11/2 cup or more olive oil  3/4 cup For the topping ripe figs, cut in quarters  soft goat cheese , torn into pieces fresh rosemary needles or fresh thyme leaves, a small handful flaky sea salt Pitted green olives For the dough: Combine the flour, yeast, salt, and sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the dough hook. Add the lukewarm water and half the olive oil  and knead on medium-high speed for a few minutes until well combined.  If the dough is sticky, add more flour.  Transfer the dough to the countertop and continue kneading and punching  down with the hands for about  until you have a smooth and elastic ball of dough.  Place the dough back in the mixer bowl, cover with a  towel, and let rise in a warm place  for about 60 minutes or until doubled in size. When the dough has doubled in size, punch it down, take it out of the bowl, and knead for 1 minute.  Using your hands, stretch and spread the dough on the prepared baking sheet.  Cover with a  towel and let rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes or until puffy. Preheat the oven to 220°C / 425°F  Using  your finger, punch  holes into the surface of the dough. Pour the remaining olive oil over the dough and into the holes. Spread the olives and figs (cut side up) over the focaccia and push them gently into the dough. Sprinkle with the the goat cheese pieces, rosemary or thyme, and a little flaky sea salt. Napolitanas de chocolate 🍫 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Ingredientes 📌 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✔Agua (50 ml) ✔Azúcar (50g) ✔1 lámina de hojaldre cuadrada ✔Chocolate (Nutella o 1 tableta de chocolate). ✔Fideos de chocolate. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Preparación👩‍🍳: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🔹️Hervir el agua y el azúcar para hacer el almíbar durante unos 5 min. 🌱 Mint & Cacao Smoothie Bowl Super late posting this...it’s been a busy day 🏃🏽‍♀️ But here’s my breakfast from this morning! 😋 Exactly what I needed 🙌🏼 Something quick & easy, but most importantly, delicious 🤤 DH always to the rescue 👌🏼 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 👉🏼 Mint & Cacao Smoothie ( @dailyharvest) blended with Vanilla Protein Powder ( @biz est_us), Aloe & Collagen BB ( @blenderbombs), & Unsweetened Almond Coconut Milk ( @silk). 🥗 Zucchini Egg Nest Salad ⏲ Under 15 Mins | Serves 1 Was hardcore craving some zucchini & eggs last night after my cycle class 🥴 So I made myself an 🍳 nest salad drizzled with my latest obsession - Doña Salsa from @tacodeli 🔥 This stuff has last me a long time because it is spicy as 👹 but sooo dang good 🤤 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Deets👇🏼 ▫️1 Zucchini, spiralized ▫️1 Pasture Raised Egg ( @vitalfarms) ▫️Spinach & Arugula Salad Mix ▫️Spices - Chili Powder, Salt & Pepper ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ How To⁉️ ▫️Spiralize your zucchini. Add to a pan with some EVOO & sauté for about a minute. Season with your spices. ▫️Then create a hole in the center & crack in your egg. ▫️Cover with a lid to help the whites cook faster. ▫️Once egg whites have set, scoop up your egg nest & place on a fresh bed of spinach & arugula. ▫️Add some salt & pepper to your egg & season everything with your favorite salsa! 🔥

Drizzled with a little bit of hot salsa ( @tacodeli Doña). Sprinkled with Pink Himalayan Salt & fresh lime juice. Garnish with fresh cilantro.

🍚 Instant Pot Spanish Brown Rice ⏲ Under 45 Mins | Serves 8 My first Instant Pot recipe was a success! 🙌🏼 I’ve gotta admit, I was pretty intimidated when I unboxed it 😬 So many buttons, so many instructions, so many warnings 🚨 I found a simple recipe for rice online & adjusted it to fit what I wanted 👍🏼 And it turned out great! 😍 It was so nice not having to constantly watch my boiling pot of rice & having 20% of it stick & burn to the bottom...😅 Definitely excited to make more recipes in this thing! 👩🏽‍🍳 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Deets👇🏼 ▫️1 1/2 cup Brown Rice ▫️1/2 cup Lentils ▫️1/2 Yellow Onion, diced ▫️4 cloves Garlic, minced ▫️1/4 cup Frozen Corn ▫️1/4 cup Frozen Peas ▫️14.5 oz can Diced Tomatoes ▫️2 cups Vegetable Broth ▫️Spices - Cumin, Chili Powder, Cayenne, Salt & Pepper ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ How To⁉️ ▫️Prep your veggies. Clean your rice & lentils by massaging with your hands in water. Rinse & repeat until water isn’t foggy (3-4 times). ▫️Set your Instant Pot to ‘Sauté’ mode, add some EVOO & cook your onion, garlic, & dry rice for 2 mins. Hit ‘Cancel’ to stop the cooking. ▫️Then add in all your remaining ingredients. Carefully close the lid & ensure the steam release valve is turned to ‘Sealing’. Set to ‘Pressure Cook’ on High for 24 mins. ▫️Once the time is up, switch to ‘Keep Warm’ & count up to 10 mins. ▫️Finally, use a towel or spatula to carefully turn the steam release valve to ‘Venting’.
