Lean grass fed beef, protein Mac and cheese with baked broccoli !
1) Cooking the meat, I sautéed some veggies (onion, mushroom, cherry tomatoes, and oakra, everything’s cut up pretty fine, an easy way to sneak some health in) I then add some Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce to the veggies. Now it’s time to add in the meat, season it, throw a little Raos sensitive marinara sauce.. let it sit and simmer for a bit
2)baked broccoli, set oven to 350 rub broccoli with some olive oil, Italian seasoning and salt. Bake for 10 minutes
3)protein Mac and cheese was so easy to make (follow instructions on box to a T) .
