Ok I know it has been FOREVER (over a month!) since I have posted. Truth is, life has been super hectic and in between job hunting, job doing, social events and extra curricular activities, I can barely catch a breath! But now that I had some time, here is a post which I believe has been super helpful for the busy days.
When we are stressed or busy, or just generally even hungry, its easy to go for the convenient energy dense nutrient poor foods 🍪🍕🍟🍫.I know I have been guilty of this too! 🙋🏻♀️ But it’s important to make conscious decisions 🤔 and look for the healthier alternatives which can not only satisfy your sweet or savoury cravings, but also keep you fuller and more energised!
Swap chips for nuts! Chips are full of saturated fat with minimal other nutrients whereas nuts 🥜are PACKED with protein, good fats, fibre and other antioxidants and vitamins to have you performing your best! Roast them and season them with pepper, paprika or lime juice for extra flavour.
Swap biscuits for protein balls- these little bombs are pcked with wholegrain carbs, natural sweeteners, and of course, protein from nuts and seeds. A deliciously sweet way to satisfy the craving and the tummy.
Swap takeaway burgers to takeaway wholemeal sandwiches- especially if you can make them yourself! 🥪Choose one which is full of veggies, cheese or some lean protein of choice for the nutrients and energy punch without the grease.
Swap ice cream sundae for a low fat yoghurt parfait! These can be as creative as you like by adding on your favourite fruits and some crunchy nuts or granola. Gives you that sweet finish without the sweeter extra calories.

Mais l'amour se fait avec le temps, tout seul. Et c'est un apprentissage qui se fait à 2. On apprend à 2 autant lui que moi, mais je suis sûr qu'un animal nous donnera toujours plus d'amour qu'on ne pourra jamais lui en donné, il le savent et nous aiment malgré tout. ❤❤

I loved styling these. I have never been much of a parfait stylist, but I got lucky with two good shoots in a row.
I LOVE blueberries, but I must say that the other two fruits tasted so good with the @wild_friends almond butter as well, especially the 🍌
