Why I love my virtual gym:
I grew up using the local gym to work out with my softball team or by myself. I loved going to the gym!
As I got older I had less time to go to the gym. I found myself not exercising at all... 💪🏻
Now, having a virtual gym I am able to get my workout in from anywhere. I have been in the middle of the Rocky Mountain with NO service I was still able to pull up my virtual gym and press play!
Today, Ryan had to work on his friend’s car and I needed catch up on working out. I got to set-up in their yard and pressed play! Two workouts later and I am finished! 💪🏻
Not having time to go to the gym will never be my excuse again!
So you don’t have time you say🤷🏻♀️I have heard all the excuses in the book and no offense thats what they are. I wanted to get my kids out of the house but my oldest had soccer and i still needed to get my fasted cardio ✅. I took everything with me and did an outside workout, i love my outside workouts i get so creative. Not the benching I'm used to but just to show you it Doesn't take a lot of equipment or crazy exercises. If you want to be healthier eat consciously and be active but if you want specific results reach out I'm building ppl up 1 @ a time juuu heard! 💪🏽💯 @kingreadyfit --
I did this circuit for for about 5-7 rounds with 30-60 rest in between
If you just starting out start with 1-2 rounds and work up from there! --

20 Ski skaters (10 each side)
20 Elevated push ups
25 bench hops
20 step ups (10 each side)
I love finding places to incorporate body weight movements during my walks. I can get a cardio and resistance training sesh in one go!

I decided to hit my legs and butt outside with a resistance band, instead of being in the gym while it's so nice outside🌞 The best time is in the evening so you dont sweat soo much 🥵 This workout you can do anywhere you want.😉 1-3sets/ 12-15 reps
1.Banded squat to kickbacks
2.Banded reverse lunges
3.Banded sumo squats to abduction
4.Banded squat walk
5.Banded plank to kickback
6.Banded rainbow in plank
