This beauty❤️ has very small upper lips! 💋When she 😄smiles her upper lip 👄completely disappears! 👄I am using Restylane Refyne in a smaller BD syringe to have exact precision! 💋This technique pulls the upper part of her lip out in order to have more upper lip show.

Trying to put some more content on this page• definitely not as easy as I thought it would be. The list of excuses is endless: busy gym, too tired after work, stressed about starting a job as a new to practice nurse, my form isn’t the best.... • I’ve noticed I try to find excuses to not do this or that. And it only makes me wonder what I could achieve if I stopped making excuses. • So here we go, one day at a time. Starting off with the one and only leg 🦵 day of course 😍. In case you can’t tell, I’m still trying to learn how to record myself😬 I definitely recorded more to this workout, but the quality wasn’t great so this is what you have:
🍑single leg reverse lunges 🍑banded side walks with pushups ss w/ banded kickbacks
🍑 45lb dB sumo squat (not recorded)
🍑 40lb kb swings (not recorded)
I used the IntervalTimer app for 24 mins of 40 seconds on: 20 seconds rest. Like always, ended up looking like a crazy sweaty gal and left a trail of sweat behind (don’t worry I clean up after myself💁🏽♀️) #fit#healthylifestyle#workout#mondaymotivation#nurse#fitnurse#philly#latina#legday#strongnotskinny#kbworkout#lululemon

📘 A novel but worth the read 😊
It’s a little over a year with my career dream😍 ••
➡️starting as a causal nurse working whatever they give you took make sure you had enough hours to make ends meet especially being away from home 😭 •no stability and inconsistent with self care and self accountability to myself and my health ••
➡️ working from causal to temp full time and have a stable work schedule still struggling to maintain the workout schedule that I had set for myself • I saw myself making a lot of excuses to not workout and eat out a lot ••
⬇️ To now working a full time gig as nurse 💉 working towards my RN degree ••
•now using the strong work ethic I have created to kinda flow into the consistent that I keep outside of the workplace I have found my why before kinda lost sight of it trying to build myself in the nursing field but bringing the two things I love together is helping me find my new why ! So here is to a brand new journey 🙌🏾•

“Gratitude turns what we have into enough.” – Anonymous
Yesterday, my husband called me out on complaining too much about medical school.
I grew up around engineers & entrepreneurs so the concept of working 50-80 hours a week + not getting paid + working weekends + being told what to do and when to do it + the longevity of school and residency and fellowship is kinda bizarre to me.
I was so scared for being a newly wed in a new state to a med student but the first two years of medical school were amazing. I had no complaints (except during step 1 studying) because he was able to balance everything so perfectly.
But now...I’m adjusting. And instead of being grateful, I fall into the rabbit hole of complaining. “Why are you complaining so much when I never do? I love what I do, I love learning and I love rotations even if they are long days” MENTAL PAUSE.
Why am I complaining?
Why am I being ungrateful when my husband is loving what he does and is pursuing his dreams?
This Monday, I am grateful for an intentional marriage and an opportunity to reset my mindset.
I have enough, we have enough, it’s enough for us to be happy and grateful.
What are you grateful for today? #MondayMindset
