Case of the Mondays 🤦🏼♀️. Update: PSI Testing is in the Stone Age as far as technology goes. QR codes on AED/CPR certification doesn’t cut it. Public libraries don’t accept credit cards for $0.10 printing. The remaining 25 mins isn’t long enough to take an exam. & 2 year old labs are smart enough to lock the door out of utter excitement while you’re outside mowing.

New day new week! I may have fallen off track over the weekend with nutrition and workouts, but two days doesn’t “ruin” my progress from the past weeks/months 💪🏻
I used to be “all or nothing” when it came to workouts. I would beat myself up for missing one and would feel defeated. Like all of my progress was lost. This is not the case!
