A tutorial on how I got this DELICIOUS 🌸💦🌟 twist out will be in the works this week! So stay tuned later this week for the full tutorial 💆🏾♀️💇🏾♀️
🍃 Tuesday Tip 🍃
Cleaning your diffuser is just as important as deciding which new essential oil to buy next 😂
But seriously you should be cleaning it once a month, and here's how:
1. Turn off your diffuser.
2. Fill the water reservoir halfway to the line with clean water.
3. Add 10 drops of pure white vinegar to the water reservoir.
4. Turn it on and let run for 3-5 minutes, allowing the vinegar to disperse throughout.
5. Drain the water reservoir completely.
6. Dip a cotton swab in white vinegar and wipe down the edges of the water reservoir as well as the ultrasonic mist chip.
7. Rinse the water reservoir with clean water.
8. Wipe the reservoir with a dry cloth and let air dry before using it again.

After last week, I’ve had so many people reach out to me saying “Okay, tell me about these weird oils. What’s the big deal?” So I’m going to offer a brand new Intro to Essential Oils class (with some new info I took away from convention) for all of you who are curious but have no idea what this is all about. I promise you, “they smell good” is only the tip of the iceberg. I’m also gonna have some freebies for a lucky few who participate!
If you’d like an invite, drop a comment or shoot me a message. 💗
CHOOSEDAY #2. It's that time of the week again punx! 🌿 This week the focus is on skin care. As we already know alot of beauty/self care items contain animal products like lanolin, beeswax etc or are heavily tested on animals before they are deemed safe for our skin. I switched to natural oils a while ago and haven't looked back. The amount of compliments I have received about my skin on my face since using HEMP SEED OIL has been insane (I also drink heaps of water and eat fairly whole foods based 99% of the time as well) and COCONUT OIL as an all over body moisturiser. It also leaves your tattoos looking bolder and brighter than ever before. There are a tonne of options out there other than these two oils so I do highly recommend you do your research and figure out what works best for you and your skin 🖤 Stay Sick
It’s okay to let your skin breathe every now and then 🤷🏻♀️😇
Diffusing is my favorite way of using essential oil.
When it comes to diffusing, you really only need to diffuse for 15 to 30 minutes at a time for the benefits, but you can safely diffuse for longer, too. To test out a blend before putting it in your diffuser, remove the caps from two or three bottles of oil, hold them in one hand and then inhale the scent.
Some of my fav diffuser combo:
*1 drop Peppermint, 1 drop Lavender
*1 drop Lemon, 1 drop Wild Orange, 1 drop Grapefruit
*Immune: 3 drops Peppermint, 2 drops doTERRA On Guard®, 1 drop Frankincense
