Limber up into a side lunge x 6
1. Drop down onto the knee and extend the leg out, arm over the head and side crunch x 12 .
2. Side kick x 12
3. Side leg pulse x 12 .
Try 3 sets on each side! Enjoy xx
Although today is Sunday, it was one of the most challenging workouts. And I CRUSHED IT by going harder, lifting heavier and jumping higher!
Sunday’s are for rest, yes. But they’re NOT for undoing all the week’s work.
Did I sit on my butt a lot today? Yep.
Did I burn my butt working out today? Also, yep.
Health is not part time. What you’re doing today is creating your future.
If you’re blessed to have a body that allows you to move, get up and do it! 20-30 minutes is all you need!
If you’re not able to physically move, listen to a podcast, eat a healthier meal or spend some time reading a book that will move your BRAIN! Because that is equally just as important! 💕

Day 20: Re-vibe 🌀Y’all!!! We officially completed Phase 1 and are 20% toward our 100 workouts goal. Today was a challenge and we had to shift our workout to the evening, but it happened. Today’s #moveoftheday is the pigeon pose, a fantastic hip-opening stretch that also works several other muscles too. This move has plenty of room for modifying or increasing, depending on what level you’re at. #day20of100

I used to procrastinate so👏🏼 bad👏🏼 about getting my workout in everyday.
Excuse after excuse would flood my mind and I’d just sit on the couch watching the minutes pass by and my opportunity slip away into the day. And guess what? The more a procrastinated the farther away I got from my goals, a healthy lifestyle, feeling my best and whipping my laziness in the butt.
When people say “be Nike” that’s really what has to happen. JUST DO IT!✔️ If you want something go after it because the truth is we all know how to get to what we want. We know how to get the results we want...we just have to DO IT! It’s the hardest part right? Doing it? Because it takes sacrifice and hard work. But you will👏🏼 not👏🏼 get there if you don’t JUST DO IT!
So I make the sacrifices everyday✅
Put in the hard work everyday✅
Found my community✅
Drinking my shake everyday✅
And I’m getting the results✅
And that’s when it gets easier when you see the results.🎉

Jumping into Phase 2 of my 100 workout program with these two!! Today they did a workout that has taken me 20 days to get to and rocked it, AFTER taking a yoga class.
It’s never too late to make a commitment to doing something fun and beneficial for your body and mind. Yeah, working out doesn’t have to be a drag or take a lot of time. 30 min and I’m done most days.
So @_jacqueline_ & @316jls are our newest accountability partners, were not really levitating but it looks freaking cool. 😝 I am so freaking pumped and I can’t wait to see what these to do with the next 100 workouts, cause yeah today was day 21/100 for me but it’s Day 1/100 for them. And it doesn’t really matter in the long run, cause it’s about building sustainable habits. The programs are just here to help build the consistency that reinforces those habits. It totally stressed me out and broke me down.

She watches me just like you! She sees me achieve and reach for goals! In return, I see her and you work hard! We push each other through my inspiration, which just fills my heart and head that I can do this for her and for others, to lead the way so that we all can do this! Leading life with love kindness and authenticity...... oh it is so beautiful!

I cannot be more grateful for this community and challenge groups I am active in and for this coaching opportunity. I would not be a strong and confident as I am today if it wasn’t for all this!
