Rajah is working on generalizing obedience in different places with varying distraction levels and handler orientations. This is just one example of how we are working on that. His handler is sitting rather than standing, he is working in the play yard, a place he does not usually train, and Stormy is bouncing around him having fun.

Well Jake and I walked/hiked a little over 30 miles last week. And I am down a good 6 pounds!
The 6 thousand elevation difference is what had me about to pass out about a million times and my ankle had me limping almost the whole time.
But I can payt myself on the back and say Good Job Jenn!! #yass#patpat#motivated#selfie

Happy Monday! Where do I start without trying to make this post so long ?!😂
Well first off let me start by saying I feel good.
I feel lean, I feel energized, I feel confident and I feel happy.
However I feel bad for not keeping you guys as updated on my fitness journey as I said I would, and not posting the workouts everyday.
Working out / eating healthy is the easy part. Posting on social media constantly is the hard part for me 😂
But just like anything in life I have to stop making excuses and DO IT. I have to do it if I want to help others, build a following, inspire / motivate others to live a healthy lifestyle. I already know what I’m doing wrong, so I just have to change it.✔️ If I’m not showing up .. why would anyone else?
My birthday is in 2 months! So I’m starting a new program tomorrow and I’m going to document everything! 🏋🏻♀️ Getting my birthday body ready for 22 !! 🍾🎉 I think having an event to work for, motivates me so much more!💪🏽😆 The program is 4 days a week, 30-40 minute workouts for 8 weeks! It’s Lifting / hiit program that’s designed to build lean muscle and burn fat.
In the first 6 weeks of the program it will be all about building/toning and strengthening your body. The last 2 weeks are all about adding more hiit to the workouts to burn fat & calories.
I have no idea how much I weigh right now and I don’t care. For the next 8 weeks my goals physically are to
build my butt more, lose more inner thigh fat (hopefully) and just keep adding lean muscle.
I Can’t wait to see what the the next 2 months hold for me, and I’m excited to share it with you guys!!💕
