# 👊 It’s Monday. Start of the new week. Everyone has big goals for what they will accomplish this week. But how can you make sure you accomplish them.
💪🏽 Just like in the major lifts, if you start in a good position, chances are you will end in the perfect position.
👊 You have two choices right when the alarm goes off.... are you going to attack the day or push things off? Chances are if you attack the day you will feel accomplish at the end of it.
🔥 This makes waking up Monday even more important, it shows how you will approach the week. Will you show up, or will you be shut up?
👊 Attack the Monday with all you got. Set your self up for success at the beginning so you can reap the rewards when you are finishing.
