I love to "become an energetic match" or "get into the vibration" or "vibrate at that frequency" when I am manifesting. ⠀
Try this manifestation ritual: ⠀
• Think of and jot down a bunch of intentions, goals, seeds, desires etc ⠀
o Use a blank sheet of paper with no lines and go crazy, write all over, let that creativity flow, and write as much down as you can, don't let your logical brain have any part of those. Free write and let new things, big things, all the things comes through⠀
• Then pick a few that you really adore & feel called to ⠀
o you can always go back and work with other ones if you want to call everything in, but for this exercise select 1-3 that really speak to your soul⠀
• Put together information on why this is possible, reasons to believe your desires are for you & other examples of your desires coming true ⠀
o allowing your logical mind to believe and know this is possible is a huge help so find other people who started a business and it took off⠀
o find examples of people who achieved your goal ⠀
o or think back to a time where you really crushed it at something ⠀
• NOW it's time to RAMPAGE and get into the vibration of your desire ⠀
- Find a private space where you can spend a few minutes uninterrupted ⠀
- Get physically comfortable & relaxed ⠀
- Put on some soothing background music and helps you keep high vibes going, light a candle, get some crystals etc ⠀
- Close your eyes ⠀
-Now say your desire out loud⠀
(I will use the example of starting a business) ⠀
"I desire to start xyzzy business" -Let that energetically fill your physical space and auric field...⠀

🌟 O que a vida me tem ensinado sobre ESPERANÇA VS EXPETATIVA 🌟
Nesta viagem, a que chamamos de vida é fácil confundirmos ESPERANÇA com EXPETATIVA.
Criamos muitas expetativas à volta de pessoas e, situações. E, quando algo "fora de mão" acontece a primeira coisa a ser feita é apontar o todo ao outro. Mas atenção, o outro não tem nada a ver com as nossas expetativas. Ao atuarmos desta forma, não abrimos espaço para a FÉ e, é da FÉ que nasce a ESPERANÇA. Ter ESPERANÇA de que algo aconteça, é abrir o coração para as imensas possibilidades de realização de um desejo.Quando vivemos na energia da esperança, sintonizamo-nos com frequências positivas. Por sua vez, a energia da expetativa leva-nos ao caminho do medo, da gestão da frustração.
Como faço para gerir as expetativas?Bem, é algo que exige dedicação e, muita PRESENÇA. É um trabalho contínuo e, nem sempre fácil de gerir. 👉Partilho algumas DICAS que têm sido cruciais na minha viagem.
1. Saber quais são as intenções para a minha vida em todas as áreas (ter isso bastante presente). Não confundir os desejos do coração, com os do ego (estes criam as teias da ilusão).
2. PRESENÇA, cultivando-a através da meditação, exercícios de respiração, yoga). Estas práticas ajudam-me a trazer consciência dos meus padrões de pensamentos em momentos em que possa estar a criar demasiadas expetativas (querer fugir da realidade);
3. Quando me apanho em pensamentos que vão criar expetativas costumo dizer - "don´t get expectations".
ABRIR MÃO DA EXPETATIVA, É ENTRAR NO FLUXO DA VIDA.
E desse lado,como geres as tuas expetativas? A que padrões mentais e emocionais ainda te agarras? Reflexões importantes para esta lua cheia com eclipse.

✨ Los costos de la falta de sintonía -ese encuentro del sentir emocional- el cual aprendemos a través de la observación (aprendizaje vicario) tiene un costo muy alto en el desarrollo de nuestra inteligencia emocional. Cuando un padre sistemáticamente deja de mostrar empatía en algún aspecto especial de las emociones del niño; alegrías, llantos, necesidad de mimos etc. Este empieza a dejar de expresar, y tal vez incluso sentir...mostrando más sentimientos de ira, tristeza y poco capacidad de sobreponerse (Resiliencia)..

“Hey honey, why are you feeling down??”
Important question 👉 Do ever ask yourself this?
When it comes to having compassion for yourself, this is the first step. Investigating and holding space for yourself and your true, raw emotions in any situation.
I used to eat to comfort myself, because I didn’t know how to ask myself this simple question and didn’t know how to reach out to someone to ask it.
All it took was the awareness to turn it around and giving myself permission to be compassionate with myself.
Now when I eat for reasons other than biological hunger, this is the first thing I ask myself.
I don’t freak out at the desire to eat past fullness or judge myself when I have strong cravings.
I remind myself that this is how I used to cope with difficult emotions, stress, or poor self-care, and I can use other healthier methods now.
So I ask myself, “hey honey, what’s going on?” in the same way I would for a friend or the way my mom, sister, or BFF would.
Do you practice self-compassion enough? Especially around your food?
“Get the inside right, and the outside will fall into place.”
I’ve been really thinking deeply about life lately (lol what’s new) and I always thought that once I got to a certain level of accomplishment, or had a certain item or vacation that “my life would fall into place” WELP that doesn’t ever happen lol. We always place our happiness in the hands of something outside of us, and once we have that thing, we always want more. It’s an endless cycle that can only be stopped by looking within and truly “getting the inside right” happiness isn’t some end destination it’s a journey that we embark on when we are born into this world. Our monkey minds are what keeps us away from this constant state of peace. Become aware of the mind clatter, see the cycles and heal them. This is how you set yourself free. You are not your thoughts, you are the calm right before them.

My ‘why’ is simple. I want to live a healthy lifestyle, so that I can maximize the time I get to spent with my family.
This wasn’t clear to me until I watched countless health issues affecting my family. From my dad’s many high potassium scares that stopped his heart more than once, from requiring 4 dialysis runs per week to stay alive, from losing his one leg to being at risk of also losing the second, from being in a hospital for about 4 or so months, to rushing my mom to the hospital for emergency stomach surgery, seeing her struggle with feeling sick for years, to seeing my auntie lose her entire lung to cancer and remain in hospital for 2 months and counting. Watching family members cope with stress has been hard.
All of this has taught me a very valuable lesson: your health is number one. It’s up to you to protect it. To nurture it. To ensure it stays strong and healthy.
I have two beautiful children and an amazing husband. All of which mean the world to me.
I want to ensure that I am healthy to enjoy them as long as possible. I want to see my children get married. I want to have grandchildren to spoil. I want to enjoy traveling with my hubby when we retire.
I want to maximize my life as much as possible
The only way to do so is by taking care of me and my family. Living a healthy lifestyle. Staying active.
This is my WHY. This is why I get up every morning determined to crush my workout. This is why I prepare healthy foods. This is why I have such dedication. There is no room for doubt. It doesn’t exist in my world.

Did you know goats can climb nearly vertical mountain walls sideways? Look it up if you've never seen it before. Fascinating! Turns out that thier shoulders and neck is what makes it possible.
Why am I talking about a goats physiological ability to climb? Because symbolically it's reflective of of what's being activated and stirred up within us depending on your natal chart.
In general Capricorn energy is about foundation, career, long term plans, ambition, dedication, planning, persistence, among many other things. In a nut shell, slow and steady wins the race.
So here's how it's all energetically connected as of late... Your burdens weighing down on your shoulders are pivitol to putting you on the right track. If you avoid them or distract yourself from them, the accent will be impossible. Take what is weighing you down and really really see it for what it is. Not for what you want it to be. It begins within you so whatever your burden is it begins within your psyche. You've created it to help you through your journey to the precipice of awareness and enlightenment, but also towards stopping the subconscious habitual patrerns that keep fucking you over. The burden is present to help you reach the top, not to stop you from it... But.... The trick is to see it as a tool to help you recalibrate your awareness, not as something that is holding you back or hurting you. Put into place discipline, determination, compassion, time, dedication, will-power, concentration, and you'll make friends with your burden and turn it into a stepping stone. Take time to reflect. .
I've had so many revelations and lessons in the last three days that I'm stuck in a permanent ahh-haaa right now and the full moon energy portal hasn't even closed yet 🤯🤯🤯

Why so much resistance in being still?
I asked myself this question today as my world aligned in such a way forcing me to be quiet, to be still, and to be with only myself. Although a gift, the resistance has been undeniable.
Being still requires us to listen, to feel and be with all parts of ourselves. The parts we don’t want to acknowledge exist. The parts that are screaming to be seen. The parts that we choose to abandon daily.
Today, as I am listening, I am recognizing all the times I elected to abandon myself- and my heart aches.
My heart aches for that little girl inside of me that I still so often choose to neglect out of fear. Fear that I, myself, have created. Fear surrounding who I was, who I am becoming and my true undeniable powerful potential.
Today, on this eclipse, I am actively choosing to reconnect with myself, with my purpose, with my darkness and my light.
Today I am choosing to allow the discomfort to remind me that I am human and that I am alive.
Today I choose to nurture the little girl who still exists and lives inside of me; drench her with unconditional love for all that she has been through and all that she is becoming.
Today I choose to release my fear of who I was and who I am unfolding.
Today I choose to be still and listen.
Thank you universe for gifting me this day to further engage in my healing and reconnect with all my parts.

When you’re open there is a whole new world to be receptive to! Lots of energy and love, so long as you attempt to connect with it
I always start my practice with heart openers. If you practice from your heart and drop your ego, you will always feel more fulfilled 💟
Light on Yoga is one reference book I use often. It is labeled the Bible of modern yoga and can be a great guide for beginners and advanced student! Also it comes with a baby praying mantis :)
The observer creates the reality
I have recently become very overwhelmed with the amazing books and lectures available about manifestation and visualization. It’s become very clear to me through my own experience as well as through reading others stories that there is true power in being able to create for yourself a more positive, more happy existence
I look forward to continuing this new learning opportunity and sharing how it continually changes my perspective .
Today has been wonderfully productive! Lots of reading and cleaning and writing and I feel very at ease. Usually when I get into productivity mode I am more likely to focus specifically on one or two postures rather than to work with various flows and sequencing. I was happy today to notice some progress with this press!! I believe this posture is one of the most effective means to which I will be able to develop the necessary balance and core strength to do a puppy press* *My current goal is to puppy press into handstand which means I no longer use momentum to get into my handstand but rather smoothly float into the posture.
