My kitchen spray has 2 tablespoons of Doterra cleaning concentrate, water and 20 drops of essential oils in, it takes 30 seconds (if that) to make it and I use oils that are well known for their cleansing properties, my favourite oils to add are On Guard, Purify blend, Melaleuca and lemon. Need to keep you and your kids moving in this cold weather?
You can encourage and motivate your kids to exercise but it might be a little different to what you know about working out as an adult.
1. Keep it fun
Any kind of movement is exercise, it doesn't have to be structured reps. It might be climbing equipment at the playground, going tenpin bowling, housework, staking the woodpile, it all counts as positive movement.
2. Make it about something
Kids are more likely to go for a bike ride to the park or the beach than use a running track. Have a destination or an outing planned, even if it’s just to the shops, take the dog for a walk, go and visit a friend. By swapping getting in the car for exercise you can easily get fit and healthy as well as get where you need to be.
3. Invite friends
The best way to get your family inspired about exercise is to invite friends along. Go for a hike with another family or invite your kids friends to keep it interesting and interactive.
4. Write it in.
Use your family planner to write in exercise time. You don’t need to list the activity if you want to be flexible and spontaneous, just set aside a time of day that works for everyone and see what fits. Let your kids have a say in activities as well. They will like the control as well as watching you complete their activities.

That's why everyone is on their own journey on their yoga mat... We've a double dose of fire today with the Sun (Ha) in Leo, opening our hearts to receive, give and find the balance between the two, the flow of the aorta. Releasing the heart stuff we don't want to look at from our upper back and stretching and twisting the spine to give us a strong back bone. Plus, releasing worry and bringing abundance in the spleen.
The Moon (Tha) is in Aries. So, we may feel with our head and think with our heart. Gentle inversions bring the blood flow to the brain and so soothes, we use our eyes to balance and twist and, most of all, we strengthen and stretch the muscles to stretch the mind, one provides to the other. 💜
A weekend full of moonshine, howling wolves and an endless desert. The camping weekend was successfull.
I am forever in love with the moon and the desert. It's so simple yet so beautiful and special. Not everybody gets the feel and understands. Once your vibrational energy is align, she provides us with an infinite amount of inspiration.

Last week my intention was to speak to myself as I would to others. I have been on and off insta for about 2.5 weeks and felt a pang guilt for not keeping up as I read: ‘Consistency is key!’ everywhere.
This was a great time to ground myself and think of the intention I had set, not only for the week but the intention with this page in general. It was supposed to be a fun creative outlet & a reference to my future career. What would I say to myself as a friend on vacation, enjoying herself? I realized I was taking it a tad serious and had to have that inner dialogue.
I have been soaking up on what my course calls ‘Primary Foods’ - everything that nourishes us on a deeper level off of our plate.. the most important food. I am completely full re. my relationship, joy, self care and even my physical activity. Now in retrospect I am so thankful I was present and got to enjoy it all without being on my phone all the time and am happy my intention helped me along the way. So, here I am, back on track, ready to take on a new week! What is your intention this week? Think of one that can really add value to when you need it most 😘

The truth is.. We all have an aliveness inside ourselves an energy that is untapped and powerful beyond measure.
When we tap into that energy and connect with it on a deep level.
We connect to the source of love.
And when we love ourselves... Our self image becomes an expression of confidence.
Making good choices then becomes easy

One of the best ways to become confident is through meditation.
In that space you truly find out what it feels like to be yourself.

To get to this place is like showing up to the gym every day to get in shape
It just takes practice and dedication.

6 months ago I got rid of my shop bought cleaning products in an effort to reduce the toxic load in our home. The results have been remarkable and our house smells and IS clean. Yes, I was nervous but I knew something had to change, I’d read too much about how chemical laden cleaning products can effect our body’s, especially our endocrine system. Now I use a mixture of doterra cleaning concentrate, bicarbonate of soda, citric acid, white vinegar, witch hazel and of course, essential oils! I’m so glad I made the switch!!
