Though death is heart-breaking, sad and life-changing, altering your future and days ahead forever, it can also change us for the better if we are open to it...stick with me here, I'm not being cold and heartless, I promise..... Death reminds us of our humanity and the urgency of appreciating our blessings. It brings family and friends together and helps us refocus on the important things. It shows us we aren't guaranteed tomorrow and shines a light on prioritizing the need to spend time with our loved ones because ultimately our time is limited.... This week I hugged more, listened more intently, offered a helping hand or reassuring pat on the shoulder....I was more intentional in letting my loved ones know they are loved and appreciated. My house is a mess, but my heart is full. Shouldn't we do these things every day!?! Our time here knows no limits and has no solid deadline. Don't wait for specific moments or events to remind you to love and be appreciative..... Tonight I snuggled my babes a little extra, explained how much I love them and enjoyed a nice little bedtime reading session with my bubba......it was just what my heart needed 🖤🖤 #time#lovehard#beintentional#fullheart#warmsoul#reading#bonding#loving#flyhighgrandma#beatpeace#genesis319
