100 day sober today.
Obviously you can tell if you’ve been seeing my posts I LOVE to celebrate 🎉🎊🤣 But thinking while writing this post, makes me remember, every day’s worth celebrating. Not just in sobriety, but in all of your days of your lives too.
In sobriety or not.
It’s easy to get overwhelmed in the days.
Sometimes they fly by and are all just a blur.
But everyday you open your eyes.
Take a chance.
Make a change.
Put in work towards your goals.
Make a positive decision.
Help someone who needs it.
Better yourself or someone else’s day.
In any way.
Be of service.
Make someone smile.
Be grateful for your breath, your alive, and we’re all working to be better, which itself is worth celebrating.
Don’t be too hard on yourselves.
We’re all human, make mistakes, learn and grow from them, and celebrate every chance you get
❤️🎊🦅 I pray you find happiness in your days.
Look for the good in the bad moments of the day.
Find solutions instead of living in problems.
Find a way to trudge a road of happy destiny in all the days ahead ✨💫🌟
This past weekend was amazing in so many ways🙏. .
Spending time away from our normal daily grind-taking 100s of pictures- walking- talking- roasting marshmallows- and just BEing us - these are the moments I cherish. 🙏😇
📷 Watching Benny crawl over rocks and logs just to get the perfect shot made my heart ❤️ sing 🎶. .
🌟💫Sitting under the stars listening to the crackle of our kick ass camp fire 🔥 was medicine for my soul
Putting my feet in cold mountain water 💧 was just what this nature loving mermaid 🧜♀️ needed 💕
I can’t wait for our next adventure 😻
Teacher Year 1 vs. Year 3
My year 1 selfie was taken just shy of beginning to workout. I’m always blown away when I look at selfies side-by-side. Eating right and exercise don’t just affect how toned your body is. My hair is fuller & more lively, my skin is nourished, brighter, & not as blotchy. Not only has my skin and hair changed, but I have the energy to get to school 1-2 hours early to get work done so I can get to the gym after. I don’t feel like I got hit by a bus when I get to 6th period anymore and feel more present throughout the day. This transformation has completely changed my quality of life and I am so, so thankful. ♥️📚
