Sweat sesh with my mini me this morning! 💦 💪🏻 We did LIT Cardio and freestyle flow 2 workouts from the program I’ve been doing. She was such a trooper and followed right along the whole time!
Never forget that those little eyes are watching you mama. They will follow not just by your words but from your actions and how you live your life everyday!

Last minute decision to head up north for 24 hours, then back to Lansing to repack for the pool party of the year. Cardio has always been my biggest challenge. There have been times when I was doing a program, and it was cardio day and I would just dread it. I’d have to really talk myself into it. I would half-ass it just to get through.
But something about this program is different. These cardio workouts, although challenging, are actually kind of fun. The moves are different. They challenge me in ways that are unique and make me feel powerful. (And it’s only 20 minutes!) It’s Friday!!! First week of school down and a workout done every 👏🏻single👏🏻morning👏🏻 it was rough... not sure if I’ll ever be a morning person (you think being a mom and teacher would change that 🤪) but getting 30 minutes of exercise done before I start the day helps me feel like I can accomplish anything that comes my way! .
Can’t remember if was @shaunt or @jerichomcmatthews but one of them said “It doesn’t get easier, you just get stronger,” and that is so true of life in general. This program has helped me feel so much stronger and I’d love for you to join me! .

#litcardio was freaking lit !!! Then a good stretch for my sore and tired body with some yoga #aka#freestyleflow !! Can’t believe I am ALMOST 1/2 way through #phase2 of #morningmeltdown100 😳😳. The fact I have stayed committed and haven’t made excuses to skip/ miss a workout is huge !!!! I am super proud of myself for getting this far and any nay sayers that ever want to talk badly or discredit anyone trying to better their life, no matter what aspect of it they are trying to better ... May it be health , financial , just a better person ...so should be ashamed of yourselves. We already live in a world full of judgemental people. What the world needs more of is more supporting and uplifting people.

Doubles!!!! Damn life keeps throwing me through the ringer but I refuse to fall too behind so I grabbed the bull by the horns and got er done! On a good note tho I fell behind as my husbands surgery got bumped wayyy up unexpectedly, so being my his bedside through all that was worth missing the workouts. Maybe it was the pigtails. Maybe it was the need to prove to myself that I can do this workout (without hurting myself). This girl got her sweat on!!! I was really nervous about doing this specific workout cause the last time I did it, I did a number on my back. I don't consider myself a brave person. But even small acts... like doing a workout/move where you injured yourself last time.... are acts of courage that make us a braver person. It's about facing what scares you and not letting that fear control you.

16, 17, 18/100. IT’S 👏🏼 TIME 👏🏼 TO 👏🏼GET 👏🏼 SERIOUS. I’m going to be moving into the 60-day morning Meltdown calendar starting well, today. I had to play catch up AGAIN so today was #LITCARDIO, #downbeatstrength, and Fight Club 👊🏼. Now I am on target to start 60 day doubles tomorrow and get an OFFICIAL rest day on Friday ⭐️ I think I need to move to doubles to get the best results for MY body and I definitely think my body needs a solid rest day built in! I love how flexible this entire program is!
