However now that it’s long I’ve stopped doing a lot of the things that helped it get long in the first place like avoiding heat. 😫 I’ve been straightening almost every single day this summer (natural hair is not super curly, not straight, just kind of wavy and puffy) so I feel like my hairs been a lot more dry. This will reduce risk of developing any muscle imbalances between the chest and back. Muscle imbalances lead to incorrect posture and heavily increase risk of injury!! If your flexibility doesn't quite allow you to get In this position, THAT'S OKAY. There are plenty of alternatives. Such as a chest supported T Bar Row or a Flat Seal Row.
