Happy Friday!! @womensbest just launched their new hair vitamins! I’ve had long hair super long hair for a few years now and I also have very thick heavy hair. However now that it’s long I’ve stopped doing a lot of the things that helped it get long in the first place like avoiding heat. 😫 I’ve been straightening almost every single day this summer (natural hair is not super curly, not straight, just kind of wavy and puffy) so I feel like my hairs been a lot more dry. Healthier hair is always good so I’m on day 4 of taking these along with eating WAY more micronutrients and veggies than I was before 💓 I’ll let y’all know if I notice any real changes in my hair! Haven’t had such a challenging LEG WORKOUT in a while... today I felt focused and connected you know that mind/ muscle attraction 🏋️♀️ I had an amazing resistance session my legs are jello right now and sore. .
1. walking lunges 4x15 each
2. Close stance deep squats 4x12
3. Calf raise 4x15
4. Lying alt leg curl 4x12
5. Barbell RDLs 4x12
6. Wide stance Db squats 4x20
7. Single leg leg press 4x10 each .
Don’t hate me too much!!!! But seriously 😒 I don’t think I’d be able to sit on the toilet for the next few days 🤣 .

- Bulgarian split squats
- Sumo deadlifts (touch-and-go reps)
- Barbell pause hip thrusts (hold each rep for 5 seconds)
- Stiff leg deadlifts
- Leg extensions w/ drop set on the last set
Total body conditioning today. Worked out my arms and finished w step ups and sumo squats. When doing sumo squats I like to push thru my heels and concentrate on my hamstring and glutes by keeping the tension 100% ohhhh the burn 🔥🥵.

6. Elevated RDL 5x12
7. Elevated sumo squats 5x12
8. Glute/ham machine 4x12
9. Stability ball hamstring curl 4 till failure
