"The afternoon was the women’s turn to show off their longboarding prowess. Siargao’s rising longboarder Jevy Mae “Ikit” Agudo posted the highest scores for the Women’s Open Longboard quarterfinals with the highest heat total of 10.70 points and a single-wave score of 6.25 points.
“I’m so thrilled!” a speechless Agudo responds after hearing about her scores. “The waves weren’t exactly ideal, but I did my best out there.” Competing in the longboard division since 2017, Agudo hopes to continue her momentum up until finals day. “What I love about La Union is the quality and skills of the longboarders are so admirable. I always learn something new whenever I surf here.” Agudo says."

It was a different experience but thankful I've tried it. Surfing was not really easy, you'll have to gulp a lot of seawater, banging sea waves and definetly a legit body ache.
Thanks to my instructor BOKS for teaching me the basics. (repeat it from the start! 😉)

"Where to surf?" A phrase we often times used with excitement and delight.
With this adrenaline-paced life, we find ourselves craving for glassy waves crashing in, paddling for that split second drop to ride and engage with. Nature has its way to lure and satisfy. .
We like to disconnect as much as we want to engage, and being with nature will always be the best way to nourish the heart.
It doesn't really matter where, its about the energies exchanged, how much fun you had and you'd know that's where you'd rather be. 💞
