Day 55 of #75hard, 2nd workout today It was leg day at the gym this morning. I’m sore, my lower body hurts, but that’s not stopping me. I feel there’s no stopping me. I’m training myself to take the path of most resistance It takes work, but the results are 1000% worth it. In January I weight in at 380. I was at a point to to either change or die That first step back into the gym was scary as hell, for literally reasons that was made up in my head What pushed me was my drive to grow my career. I know my weight has been the biggest thing holding me back. I knew in my heart to start making more money, do things I want to do, and to one day buy a house. I had to get healthy. I’m nowhere where I want to be, but I’m a whole lot closer What are the things your life holding you back? What do you need to change? What can I do to help?
