My visit to the Golden Temple in Amritsar was one of the most interesting places I’ve ever been.. but not because of the building dripping in gold (although that’s pretty incredible ✨). It was being able to wander through the worlds largest free kitchen - with food prepared by thousands of volunteers and served hot, given to people of all faiths and religions who come through the doors - over 40,000 people every single day. That’s a lot of rotis! 😱 I snapped this portrait of a man who was collecting the spoons 🥄🥣🧡 Have you been to this incredible place?
