What is Dermaplaning? 🤔Dermaplaning is a skin treatment that uses an exfoliating sterile scalpel or non bendable blade in a light feather stroke pattern to remove dead skin cells and peach fuzz hair from your face safely and gentle. 🤗 Dermaplaning should be done by a licensed and skilled aesthetician. There is a method to Dermaplaning a full face effectively and safely. Your skin is exposed daily to harsh environmental toxins, irritants, and sun damage. This can cause the top layer of your skin to appear dull, and it can make you look aged. Dermaplaning clears away those damaged skin cells by way of a deep exfoliation process so newer skin cells regenerate and your skin looks more radiant, makeup goes on more flawless and even, and your skin feels more smooth! 👍🏼Dermaplaning is safe for ALL skin types and here at Hello Smooth we treat from your hairline down to your neck 🙌🏼. Dermaplaning is painless and can be incorporated into any of our HydraFacial and or Microneedling treatments! There are some circumstances like active acne that Dermaplaning should not be performed, to prevent spread of bacteria. At your consultation with us, we will customize your beauty plan with you. .

Whether Caleb ends up using his talents in the kitchen as a source of income, or whether he ends up as the family cook (like his dad), one of the things I love most about our time together in the kitchen are the memories we are making. And if you know me, you’ll know how surprising that really is 😆
We had another great time together the other night making the main course of his December @raddishkids kit, Mini Tamale Pies. Lots of new ingredients this time around. Lots of different kitchen activities (swipe). He and I are both learning together 😉Speaking of new ingredients, Caleb wasn’t quite sure about green chiles, but ended up asking for seconds. Trying new foods is part of the whole experience.
Next up in this kit, Gingerbread Cookies - yum! There some delicious Bonus Bites we want to try too. If you are thinking about Raddish Kids for a holiday gift, we give it two thumbs up! Check them out at raddishkids.com and tell them Caleb sent you by using referral code: xqmknd 👨🍳👩🍳
Happy Thursday - the weekend is on its way!

Have you ever been broken up with by your hairstylist? Y’all, it’s a real thing!
I’m in a few hairstylist’s forums online and I’ll tell you that this topic comes up regularly. Some of the questions I’ve seen lately are “How do I fire a client that talks down to me?”, “How do I fire a client that is habitually late or cancels late?”, “I feel like my client NEVER likes her hair. Should I fire her?”⠀
Listen guys, 99% of hairstylists truly love their jobs and want nothing more than to please you. If you don’t like something about your hair, communicate that with kindness. Don’t threaten to leave bad reviews or blast the stylist on social media. Just say. If you don’t REALLY click with your hairstylist, try someone new. No hard feelings. She’s probably not clicking with you either. It’s totally ok!⠀
Be on time and be respectful of our policies. If you trust us, let us do great work for you. If you don’t trust us, move on and find someone you do because it’s excruciating for us to have to break up with a client. ⠀
