- This picture is was back when I had great gym sessions more frequently. I would have at least 3 solid gym sessions a week. Life was also easier than so I could focus more on the gym 🔥🦈 •
- Fast forward to today... I’m lucky if I get 1 solid gym session. I have to mentally drag myself to the gym. I also have to force myself to go over my notes from class each night, wake up early, to eat & to not eat at certain times due to my schedule, & etc. 🦈 •
- All of what I mentioned above ... is a part of life. Sometimes life gets to a point where you have to sacrifice yourself to take extra time doing things you don’t like & that leaves less time for things that you actually want to do. It may be stressful doing that but it’s a part of life that practically everyone goes through (multiple times) 🦈 •
- The point I’m getting to is that, sometimes life can be relaxing & everything is going great, other times it can be stressful & tough to deal with...
But you have to push through those tough times & continue to work at your best. Eventually life will turn in your favor.. whether it being tomorrow or in 5 years. It’s a big price to pay for that will pay you back 10x 💯🦈 •
This app is so cool! My fitness pal - so I’m counting calories now, reaching for 1500 a day to meet my fitness goals. I actually have a hard time meeting that goal rather than going above it (bad habit of skipping meals.) Anyway I still have room for 640 more calories I’m so hype! It also calculates the nutrition as well, so you can pay attention to how many carbs, fats, protein, etc you are consuming. What do you all do to watch what you eat? ARMS & ABS💪🏾
Hey guys cheers 🥂 to another workout video. I’m not going to even lie this particular workout is a killer.
Holding your legs up and working your arms all at the same time can definitely be a challenge.
But it’s so worth it at the end to get those nice ABS & ARMS.
I recommend while doing this workout that you start with very light weights an work your self up.
This is not one of those workout were you need to use a lot of weight to see results.
I love the cable machine because you can do so many different workouts with it.
CABLE MACHINE ROUTINE:
👉🏾 Do 4 Sets ...
perform each set for 30 seconds for both workouts. ( start at a comfortable weight and gradually build resistance)
I like to do these workouts at least 2 times a week.
