B78 Coach Profile - Jasper Blake
Jasper Blake spent the better part of two decades competing globally in the sport of triathlon. He started coaching in 2008 and in 2011 he founded B78 Coaching.
His accomplishments are numerous including an Ironman title and dozens of professional wins as a triathlete.
Jasper spent the better part of his teenage years competing nationally as a downhill skier. In 1993 he moved to Toronto to pursue a career in tennis and in 1994 he received a full scholarship to play tennis for the University of Wisconsin, Green Bay, an NCAA division 1 school.
Jasper moved back to Canada in 1995 and enrolled at the University of Guelph. Jasper received a Bachelor of Science honors degree in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph in 2000. During this time he competed on the University of Guelph swimming and running teams and was an Academic All Canadian in 2000.
A personal note from Jasper - “As an athlete I was always curious. I wanted to know why we were doing things the way we were because I always found that understanding the process allowed me to approach it with deeper intent. I carry this philosophy into my coaching and like my athletes to understand the process as well so they can dive in with full intent.”
Coach Jasper is currently accepting a very limited number of Platinum Level coached athletes.

Pretty excited about a little summin’ summin’ I’ve put together for any couples out there keen to kickstart their 2020 in the right way! 👏 .
After my hubbie and I had an absolute ball on our Life Visioning Day, where we went on a hot date, got excited and dressed up, drank wine, ate yummy food and got intentional about what we wanted to create in our lives... I had a heap of you reach out asking for support in doing the same with your partners. I believe so strongly in this process as I know the beauty and power that it can have. .
We had so many ‘a-ha’ moments and by the end of it, I’ve never seen Alex so lit up and inspired. #priceless .
So I’ve created a free 2020 Life Visioning Workshop specifically for this reason. It’s something you can do on your own, or even better, with your partner over a glass of champers! 🥂 .
Set your 2020 up for success. Make yours the best one yet by being thrown powerful Qs you’ve never been asked before and getting on the same page which your special one about what you want your future to look like! .
Link to sign up is in my bio Xx .
Text and Email subscribers you’ll be getting a special email tonight by midnight. Have YOU subscribed? If not, do it now!‼️
Everyone is always asking me how do I come up with live topics. You’ll never believe me, but this was not my thing. I’m actually an introvert 🤦🏾♀️. Always have been, BUT this shell is breaking. I enjoy going live now! I simply come up with LIVE ideas based on what I see or what YOU my audience respond to my questions.
Here’s a few video ideas you can use to create a video on your feed or ideas to go live. 🗣Talk about what’s trending (as it relates to your business)
🗣Share your top 5 best/favorite products
🗣Interview a customer that has bought your product.
Never stop dreaming 🙌🙌🙌
3 years ago I decided to stop setting new year resolutions and start setting intentions instead. 🤯Check out my TV segment from earlier this year in the link in my bio ☝🏼 Each intention I set can be summarized in a word ✍🏻 2018 my word was PROPEL. I ran toward every opportunity and gained major momentum. I became a TEDx speaker, contributor on Breakfast Television and even had a restaurant honour me with the creation of the Bossing Up burger 🍔
2019 my word was PRAGMATIC. I was intentional, calculated and my efforts were strategic. This year I expanded my service offerings, Bossing Up became regularly stocked in stores across Canada and I won speaker of the year 🏆
2020 my word is TRANSFORMATION. I am ready to transform into my next phase and am committed to helping people and organizations do the same. I can’t wait to see how it manifests. ✨
Your intentions will work for you as much as you work for them. 💪🏼 What’s your word for 2020 if you have one?
If you’re skeptical, I get it…
You've been riding the revenue rollercoaster for as long as you can remember, and you're not convinced that there's a way off.
So allow me to make a few introductions to some incredible women who have done just that.
First, I want you to meet Natalie. When Natalie uses my systems to figure out exactly where to put her time and attention, she doubles or triples her revenue every quarter. AND Natalie just ran her numbers for 2019, and she's increased her average revenue per client by 5x over 2018.
Then there’s Sarah, she has participated in two of my previous programs and this past year increased her revenue by 50%, plus created and implemented a plan to outsource more of her business to free up more of her time.
Kristen has been working with me for just 5 months, but she has already done so much. She has tripled her revenue in 2019 and completely changed how she plans her business and life.
What do all three of these #successstories have in common? They've all joined my new program, the Money Momentum Collaborative! They have already gotten great results with my systems in the past and are excited to get more support in this new program.
What would those kinds of results mean for you? What would your day-to-day life look like if you were getting them consistently?
Would you finally know exactly what you needed to do every time you sit down at your desk, and even better, know how to pivot when things need to change?
It's time to get off the revenue rollercoaster, friend. Click the link in my bio, and let's do this together.
Your thoughts are powerful. Be mindful of what you’re speaking into your heart, mind, and soul. Whether good or bad, your thoughts will come to the light eventually. Speak to yourself with loving, affirming words and talk about your goals as if you’ve already gotten them. 🏁
For a year now, every morning before I check my phone & every evening once I’m done my night time meditation, I have a few post it notes I recite to myself as well as an exercise I learned once I read “Think & Grow Rich”- reminding myself of how amazing of a woman I am, how I will work smart & accomplish each and everyone one short/long term goals.
It can really get hard sometimes. It’s easy to feel down, feel like you aren’t doing enough, feel like you’re not where you’re suppose to be but I always try to check myself instantly *AHT AHT* and remind myself that everything I speak unto my life will produce sooner than later. 💫
Take a look down at your feet- come on, just do it with me! 🤙🏻 My left foot has a scar from scraping it on cement falling off my bike. My right one has a memorial tattoo for my Grammy. My nail polish needs repainting, I have a few cuticles, and I have a blister on my left pinky toe. My feet are a representation of me- HELLA cute in Chaco’s but in all honesty, a little tattered & torn. They’ve endured a lot. But look where they’re pointed... FORWARD➡️
One thing I have learned over the last few years is that no matter where your journey takes you, always keep moving forward! ✨ Focus on the things ahead of you rather than what lies behind. Look towards the future- your dreams, your goals, your aspirations. Don’t let your past mistakes and regrets hold you back- use them to propel you forward!💕
Start Getting S.M.A.R.T
Whether you’re setting resolutions for the year ahead or just trying to revamp your ongoing intentions for healthier living, you’re most likely faced with some major goal setting.
SMART goals can help you move toward achieving any resolution, whether that’s in the gym, in the kitchen, at work or at home. Taking the time to jot down how each goal meets the SMART criteria can be helpful for staying on track. Also useful is sticking to just one or two goals at a time, so you’re not trying to revamp your whole life at once.
Change is hard, and it can be more difficult if we try and make too many changes at once. Start small and gradually make lifestyle improvements. Stay in the moment and slay one goal at a time.
For 28 years the sun has risen and set everyday. For 28 years the Lord has woken me up from a nights sleep. To 28 years my heart has beat EVERY SECOND, for 28 years.
Thank You Lord for another year. I look forward to many more.
Snap saw this first but with all the positive feedback I decided to share it with the gram. I don’t see myself as some kind of influencer or someone people can look up to but when I have something on my mind I speak unapologetically. I have a vision and I am still working towards my goals everyday and walking the walk before I even TRY to talk. But if you do fail at something you’re striving for don’t quit nor change the goal, change the approach. Huge thanks to all my friends and fam that support me in all I do. Thanks for coming to my rant/ted talk. -
I know I’m not the only one out there who has OCD when it comes to work. 🙃
Every little bitty detail needs to be absolutely perfect or you think the world might honestly end… Or that you just might seriously disappoint your customer or clients. 🤔 Now here’s the tea… NO ONE CARES.
You will never ever ever get something to be absolutely perfect. And everyone is different, no one person is the same. 👏🏼✨
So something you may view as imperfect or incomplete, someone else will view as the greatest thing ever created. 🥰 All you can do IS YOUR BEST!
And even when it’s not perfect… we will still be here rooting you on! 🙌🏼💖
Tip # 4:
STICK TO YOUR TIMELINE! ⏰
If you have mentioned in your giveaway guidelines that you will be picking and announcing a winner at a specific time… then you NEED to deliver on TIME! How do you do this? Gauge how much time you think you will need to announce the winner. ☺️
If you are putting together a giveaway and the day it closes you have an event you know you will need at least 2 days to recover from? Then make sure you let your audience know that you will announce the winner 2 days following the giveaway closing! 🙌🏼💗
I’ve only been in this business for a month!
And to be honest the month has actually been filled with more #personaldevelopment than the typical “business” building actions you might expect to see in your first 30 days of a new biz.
But here is the thing, personal development is (as I have recently learnt) as important if not more so. One cannot succeed without the other.
I am really keen to help others who have always aspired to have an online business, but you didn’t know what to sell, not interested in network marketing but had the desire to be your own boss!
I would love you to connect. Send me a DM and I can share with you a short webinar that got me excited about what 2020 can bring for us all.
TIP! 🚨 📣
Maybe you'll find this tip useful for your blog or business planning, or maybe for your family plans - but I've mentioned before how much I rely on my Google calendar. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here's one way to use it:
Write down a note to your future self. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Stay with me here. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But if something isn't working RIGHT NOW and you can pinpoint reasons for it (you keep repeating the same thing and it's not working, you didn't give yourself enough time, a certain activity is bringing you no joy) - tell your future self about how you are feeling right now. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Maybe it looks like a note about not booking new clients passed December 2 because it's been a busy couple of weeks. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Maybe the note is for mid-October to start drafting a holiday post or newsletter. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Maybe it's a note to yourself to order meal boxes to help save time because volunteering/work commitments have increased (I actually did that this week and next and it's been amazing!)
OR! It could be a message that a certain idea you had worked really well and you want to do it again (hint: I am so pleased about how my Cyber Monday offer went!)
Whatever the case, drop yourself a little note. Remind yourself that maybe you should try something different, or repeat something, or change the date. BUT MARK IT DOWN!
I hope you find that helpful xo
What a testimony from my virtual client, Katie! 📃 12 weeks on my virtual program and she got the “kick in the butt” she needed! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
Guess what? You can get $50 off my 12-week program now through the end of the year using code ‘Karen50’ 👌🏼
I always tell my Moore Impactful Career Consulting, LLC clients that they need balance in their lives! I probably should start taking my own advice. We all need a reminder at times... I got mines this weekend.
Mentally exhausted. My body basically said enough is enough. Totally couldn't remember most things. So, this past weekend, naps took over (especially on Saturday). I missed a client appointment, an event, forgot things (again) and mostly sleep only happened. I did accomplish some tasks in between naps & rescheduled stuff, but not as much as I would have liked.
And, I'm okay with that!
We have to be okay with saying "no" and not trying to accomplish "it all" in one day or weekend. Slowing down is a must. It's called Balance! 😊
