🌊 this kind of vacation is all I need, can’t even imaging going back to work soon.
Day #2 in Zurich: hiking to the top of Zurich for Swiss fare with a view, “weiswein” at the wine library, Sunday funday the Swiss way at a “badi”....and a quick stop at the carnival because whyyyy not? #switzerland#girlswhotravel#topofzurich
“Put ends of your two fingers over your eyes. Can you see anything? Seeing nothing with your eyes does not mean that this universe does not exist.” - Rumi
Did you know that Topkapi Sarayi was the main residence of Ottoman Empire for 4 centuries!
#WindowViewWednesday The vibes in La Réunion are so unlike its mainland sister, you wouldn’t have thought that this intense island is an overseas department of France. Literally, it is France and therefore part of the Eurozone. Geographically, its remote location lies east of the African continent in the Southern Hemisphere. Mid year in the Southern Hemisphere indicates that winter has arrived. The austral winter climate in La Réunion and its formidable landscape means that both mountain breeze and sunshine can be enjoyed. Clouds came down to play outside my window one morning, bringing with them a blanket of cool mist penetrated by rays of sunshine. Views such as this, I find, are like a soothing balm for the weary soul. Time stands still, the frame freezes long enough for you to sit back and soak it all in.
Swipe to see everything besides my face ➡️ Was enchanted by the exterior of this restaurant, so we sat outside enjoying the sun and cold beers- 20 minutes later this waiter rolled up to our table with huge portions of food.. best believe I unintentionally let out a “holy crap”. Who serves TWO rabbit legs?? Indubitably though, tasted amazing 😁
I stepped into the restaurant at some point and was taken aback by these statues and decorations of Jesus, Mary and all the holy biblical people 😂 Nothing quite like drinking while Jesus is literally watching you
Happy in my element👋🏼 29 rotations today🌞 & even though we might be literally living way out, outback between deserts🐪💫 I kick started it with my human peach & a rare & beautiful eclipse🌓 ready to kick up the dust with my dusty little desert fam here in William Creek🥳💃🎈

Look, I’m not that sexy woman, I’m not the perfect body, sometimes I’m sad, sometimes I cry, I’m angry, insecure, impatient.... but I also love to laugh, sometimes I’m happy, pretty and crazy. And all these things makes me unique, you know why?...
Because that’s ME
Being the only daughter among my siblings never a hindrance to be happy. 😉

From Inverness, we boarded a boat for a cruise of Loch Ness which ended with a tour of Urquhart Castle. The former castle and medieval fortress on the banks of Loch Ness witnessed 500 years of conflict and figured prominently in the Scottish struggle for independence.
Fun fact: there have been more “Nessie” spottings from the castle than anywhere else on the loch! Unfortunately, she didn’t come up to say hello to us today. 😜.
