Being the new kid in town, learning a new market, and being in a room filled with people you don’t know can be uncomfortable and a little intimidating.
But it can also be really FUN and really EXCITING!

I may be starting from the bottom, all over again 😩 but I’m so thankful to be doing it where my support system really seems to be endless.

Our culture puts so much focus and emphasis on what our bodies look like that its easy to take for granted how much they DO for us!
I’m all for appreciating how beautiful the human form is, but I do think its important to appreciate our bodies for all of the incredible things they do. .
