. - محمد صلاح لاعب مهم جدا لمصر مثلما بكامبو لاعب مهم للكونغو، فالمنتخب يمتلك عناصر أخرى للوصول إلى المرمى ولا يعتمد الفريق على لاعب واحد فقط للتسجيل وهز الشباك ولكن هناك عدد من العناصر الأخرى لديهم القدرة على هز الشبتك وهو ما حدث في مباراة زيمبابوي وتسجيل تريزيجيه للهدف. - كأس الأمم لدينا 24 فريقا يلعبون في أندية قوية وهي فرصة جيدة للعرض للعالم بأن هناك لاعبين رائعين وبمقدورنا اللعب في أي أجواء ولدينا تريزيجيه وغيره لديهم مواهب رائعة.
Not the best chest day today! Wanted to put up bigger numbers but sometimes you got to accept when you don’t have it on a day! That being said still hit a solid amount of weight. Did 225 x 8 here and 235 x 8 after this. The 225 set didn’t feel as comfortable as I thought it would so I didn’t make the jump to 245 (hence the frustration at the end😂). 235 was definitely a struggle (took everything I had and had to have music so I didn’t record😂). Hopefully in a week or so I’ll be able to push 245 x 8 comfortably. I’m still making progress so I can’t get too down! Maximizing Gluteal Activation During the Hip Thrust, Part 2, Episode 105

🔹️Let’s take a look at foot and stance positioning and how it effects muscle activation patterns.
➡️Top right: This would be considered a “narrow” stance. The feet are placed about hip-width apart, which keeps the hips in a more neutral position with regards to the frontal plane (neither abducted/out or adducted/in). The angle of toe out is also small because the feet are pointed straight forwards. This positioning is NOT optimal for gluteal activation.🚫
➡️Bottom right💰: This stance is much wider as the feet are placed WIDER than hip-width apart. This places the hips in abduction. The angle of toe out is much larger as the feet are pointed outwards (externally rotated). By keeping the knees in-line with the feet, the hips are subsequently externally rotated as well. Gluteus maximus EMG amplitude is GREATER when the hips are ABDUCTED (compared to neutral) and EXTERNALLY ROTATED (compared to neutral) (Kang et al. 2013; Sakamoto et al. 2009; Suehiro et al. 2014)

Well where do I start, back in 2014 I gained about 20 lbs. I was called multiple names, gained about 4 pant sizes, and also got to an XXL. I felt like I was a fat SOAB. I would feel like I have to eat, and eat, AND EAT NON STOP. But then, 4 months ago I’ve decided to make a change in my life. I’ve lost about 16 lbs. from 205 to 189, let me assure you, IT WAS NOT EASY!!! I work for a tech industry where we require to work in the blazing heat, and also carry a ton of stuff. I carry nearly 70 lbs. of stuff in one day with a little bit of assistance. When I first started I needed assistance like every day. But now I only needed it like maybe 2x a day because of the amount of weight lost. I FEEL ACOMPLISHED! This was my dream body this whole time! Thank you @danthehealthedman and @lil_joe32 for the HUGE help to get me where I wanted to be! NOW I FEEL BETTER THAN EVER! God bless to people who have helped me during my weight loss journey! Q. Why did I chose to get fit and healthy?
A. That little girl right there. My princess. My rock. My saviour.
I was never one who had to worry about food or exercise. I was a smoker, ate what ever I wanted, when ever I wanted. I was far from healthy, but I was always skinny.
I put on 30kgs + with my pregnancy and everyone always said it’ll just fall off.
My reality was in the left photo.. it didn’t fall off!
At Olivia’s first birthday I was 20kgs heavier then I had ever been in my life. I hated looking at myself. I rarely took photos because I didn’t know who that person was.
I couldn’t walk up the stairs at home without being puffed out, let alone walk my dog without needing a break.
After her first birthday and looking at myself in those photos and crying I made the decision to change.
To change my lifestyle, not only for my own health and well-being, but for Olivia!
I wanted her to have a fit and healthy mummy who can run around and chase her all day long.
Who would go on adventures with her and not run out of breath.
To have a mummy she can be proud of and not one to hide away when she finally goes to school.
I wanted to be the best I could be for my little princess!
So with a bit of time, patience, persistence and positivity I dropped that weight.
I became healthier, fitter and stronger.
Stronger physically & stronger mentally.
I am beyond happy with my progress. It’s a slow and long journey but one I am choosing to enjoy every step of the way.
A journey where both Olivia and I can enjoy activities and adventures together.
Not to mention the amazing people we have met along the way who have become like family to us!
They have motivated, encouraged and supported me along the way.
There’s no end goal, anything is possible.
And I am beyond proud of what I have achieved so far 🖤
