Back in Edin and went to the gym for the first time in about a month last night and honestly it was kind of shit. Trying to bond 4 rabbits and having no motivation I didn’t go to the gym and I noticed it in my strength. To add to that my poor diet has been triggering my IBS and bloating. But there’s no point in punishing myself, I just need to just work on making the gym a habit again. Part of this is cutting my gym sessions to an hour/hour and a half so that it doesn’t feel like a chore on the days I’m unmotivated.
I want to start doing morning yoga. It would be good for me to get up earlier and take more time and be more mindful and stretching would help my pole. For pole I just want to improve, no specific goals and for the gym my goal is still to be able to do a pull up. I’m a bit further from where I was and would like to be but I have to remember if I’m consistent it shouldn’t be long until I can do it. Nutritionally I need to drink more water (!!! And stop drinking coke honestly), eat more fruit and veg and keep on top of my protein.

Also! A lot of you guys have been requesting it and @christinaaa.ortiz will be doing DIY’s on all our little home projects and crafts that she makes. 🙌🏽

Hey, hi, hello! Normally on a Monday I'd walk into the gym around mid morning-noon and it's still got a fair decent amount of peeps in there...today was ghost town, I was literally the only one in there, no one training, no staff in sight-freaked me the freakin out!! So a quick selfie it was😂😂 So if you've been following along my journey and reading my posts you'd know I've been eating in a surplus for a while now, my maintenance was roughly around 2400 calories and my surplus is at 2700 calories a day. My weight has been gradually increasing and some body fat is evident, so its time to strip it back a little. Tomorrow marks the start of my mini cut🤗
Watch this space to see how I go in a deficit. My mini cut will go for 2 weeks and will be quite aggressive. In saying that my calories will be substantially low which means i don't get to play around so much with the fun delicious foods during this time, i'll have to be smarter when it comes to my food choices, swapping calorie dense foods for more volume foods.
