Moin zusammen. Es gibt Momente im Leben, da fragt man sich immer wieder, warum meldest du dich nicht und man fängt an bei sich den Fehler zu suchen oder man geht die letzte Begegnung im Kopf durch und überlegt, was ist da schief gelaufen. Zu einem Ergebnis kommt man so nicht. Also bleibt nur die Möglichkeit einer Klärung und die Hoffnung die Wahrheit zu erfahren. Die meisten Menschen haben leider nicht den Mut die Wahrheit zu sagen und wählen für sich den den einfacheren Weg, nämlich die Unwahrheit. Das schlimmste, wenn einem die Unwahrheit gesagt wird, ist nicht die Unwahrheit an sich, sondern die Erkenntnis, dass man dem anderen so wenig Wert ist, dass er damit leben kann, einem die Wahrheit zu verschweigen. Mit der Unwahrheit kann man jemanden sehr verletzen, was den meisten Menschen aber nicht bewusst ist. Die Wahrheit kann zwar auch schmerzhaft und verletzend sein, aber man kann damit besser umgehen.

The emojis that cover her face are 100% accurate. In her before photo she looked sad, and when I saw her after photo I knew she deserved a winner spot! She was RADIANT with the biggest smile!! 🏆Here is Ana :: (who requested to remain private) This challenge came at a perfect time for me, my fitness journey started almost a year ago just cardio some weights and eating right I lost 40pounds. But I felt stuck most times I want to be the best version of myself but I had zero confidence to walk into a gym because I had no clue what I was doing with weights or the machines.
Not to long before the challenge started one of my family members close to me was diagnosed with terminal cancer and was given two months I was so consumed in trying to figure out how to help I shut every thing down.
I knew in the back of my head I didn't want to quit because I had come such a long way to just come this far , Your challenge was something else to keep my mind off the heartache it made me excited again so much, my kids and husband where so involved and motivated constantly reminding me I could do it and that I was doing such a good job! **For the confidence you brought out in me I will always come back for some more challenges.** 💕 .

Quadruped Leg Cable Work
I’ve been doing standing cable kickbacks and lateral leg raises for a while and wanted to progress to something new. After doing more stabilization work for my shoulders, scapula and my core I finally felt ready to try these moves quadruped (four points of contact on the floor) This works your entire body 🙌🏼✨
Start with a light load and really focus on maintaining proper form by engaging your core, don’t let your back to hyperextend! Try these out if you want to be challenged 🧚🏼♂️

Let me paint you a picture....see that girl on the left? That was me back in 2015. It was the lowest of lows. I was struggling bad with health problems that none of the doctors could seem to figure out. One of the things that occurred was constant weight gain! No matter what I did or tried I couldn’t get the weight off. So imagine me at my heaviest, depressed, broken down, no self confidence what so ever.
Now, fast forward to the woman in the middle. I finally found something that actually WORKED for me! No, it didn’t come easy. I worked my booty off, literally! I stayed consistent, worked damn hard, and didn’t allow myself to give up on me.
Then 2018 hit. We found out I was pregnant. Still one of the most exciting/scariest moments of my life! I had so much anxiety, and fear about putting on weight during my pregnancy that it was a constant mental struggle for me. I worked so hard to shed the weight that I was freaked out that I’d gain it all back, and then some with the baby. Then I’d be back to square one!
The picture you see on the right is me 2 months postpartum after having our adorable son! Sure I’m not where I want to be. I’m a work in progress. But let me tell you, I have the most self confidence that I’ve ever had. I love my postpartum mom bod, and I’m damn proud of what it went through to give us our son! Now I celebrate my body, and am so thankful each day that I can push play to work on myself.
