📄Segunda é o dia internacional de começar a dieta e trago uma opção bem bacana pra vocês! O @theroosterr serve varias hambúrgueres de carne bovina, suína, charque e até de cordeiro. Além é claro, das cervejas artesanais.
📑Assim como eu, vocês podem pedir qualquer hambúrguer do cardápio na salada. Eu pedi o the classic, que é composto por hambúrguer bovino de 180g, queijo mussarela, alface americana e tomate no prato. E adicionei bacon no pedido.
👨🏻🍳Sabem aquela história do “menos é mais”? Pois é, ultimamente tenho seguido essa linha por lá! Passei a preferir o classic como número um do cardápio e desafio vocês a conhecerem ele também! Você sente muito mais o sabor do hambúrguer, suculento e gostoso, sente o sabor do queijo melhor e a salada combina demais. É bem servida, folhas novinhas e tomate maduro, coisa que quase não vejo por aí!!! Não precisa pedir na salada, provem com o pão (de preferência sem tirar a salada) que garanto que vocês vão se surpreender. Adicionei ainda o bacon que é sempre bem vindo e era bem crocante.

After workout selfie!!💪🏼Grayson is always asking to workout with me. Sometimes I get it in while they're eating a meal (in which case he shovels down his food so he can come join me) or during their free playtime or nap time. I love it!!👊🏼

It’s the small choices that we make every single day that really count! Those small choices each day turn into habits. And those habits turn into a completely changed life over time.
Whether that's choosing to read your Bible every morning, washing your face before bed, consistently fueling our bodies with real foods, supplementing our bodies with what it needs, pushing play on a workout, choosing fruit for dessert or praying for those crazy drivers instead of saying bad words in your head (not that I've ever struggled with any of these things,😝)... all of those little choices, compounded over time ARE A BIG DEAL!🙌🏼

After never having the privilege of getting the chance to go to university when I was younger, I have decided that it’s never too late to pursue my dream of having a degree in psychology. One of my ambitions in my 20s was that I’d love to be a clinical psychologist. It’s 3 years of hardcore studying but I’m definitely determined.
Instagram has been over the last few years such an educational platform for me in learning a lot about various mental illness and personality disorders, I feel like I’ve got a good starting point the knowledge I already know is a good kick start, I would love to have a career in this field more than anything. 😁🤞🏻

#futurecoach! >>> This little dude turns 9 months today! Hes spent the last week with me immersed in my fitness community. He even learned to clap 👏because of everyone clapping and cheering eachother on the whole time. He worked out with my team & celebrity super trainers. Sat among the Elite(aka millionaires) of the company who have changed thousands of lives. He was the happiest baby totally in his element. I'm hoping that showing him what health and fitness, and paying positive things forward to people can provide helps him learn to do the same one day. Fitness might not be his destiny but it might be 😉. Either way he will be a future coach no matter what he ends up coaching people in that's totally up to him. I'm beyond happy to be partnered with such a family friendly company. How many business conferences can you bring your baby to? Not many. I always wanted a job that didnt involve putting my kid in daycare. No shame if you do. Just for me I want to be there for him always and now I can especially since daddy is deployed I want him to have one parent always. Oh summer. The season where my stomach just can’t keep up with my arms and legs tan. I think I need more beach days before the heat slips away. Took a nice long walk with Kyle and Lily this morning before work. Workout ✔️ and food is already meal prepped for a few days so no fuss dinner today 🙌🏼
