Pero yo deje en la historia que yo me iba a comer unos gofres de boniato que quitan el sentido 🤤 y aquí os lo dejo ! Os dejo también todos mis topping , son súper combinables con todo y con una vida saludable !!!! Ingredientes y receta 150 g de boniato 🍠 100 g de harina de avena sabor DONUTS + 1 pizca de bicarbonato 2 huevos + 125 g de queso batido desnatado y Canela al fallo 😁 Cocemos el boniato 🍠 dejamos reposar y lo picamos , ponemos en un bol los ingredientes secos harina + bicarbonato, en la picadura ponemos el boniato los huevos y el queso batido y mezclamos bien , ponemos la mezcla de la harina con el bicarbonato con la 2 mezcla y añadimos Canela al fallo y mezclamos bien , dejamos 15 min reposar y en la gofrera ponemos aove la cerramos dejamos calentar y vertemos la masa deseada y listo para degustar ! Are you a candidate for recomposition ( build muscle / lose fat simultaneously )? There are a few determining factors.. 1. Training age <2 years 2. Higher Body fat percentage 3. Advanced in a de-trained state Normally recomp is reserved for newbies overloading muscles for the first time ( #newbiegains ) while using body fat to provide fuel while on a slight caloric deficit. It’s possible to reduce body fat stores and gain muscle mass while in a calorie deficit but fat loss while in calorie surplus is impossible. The only other possible scenario especially concerning advanced trainees is when coming back after a long layoff due to injury etc or a certain body part has been detrained for some time.... Muscle memory is a real thing. The regaining of lost lean mass is a relatively rapid process . For intermediate to advanced athletes not in these situations a lean bulk / #gaintain / cut method is more applicable. We are still aiming for body recomposition but it is more efficiently achieved in distinct alternating phases. Apfelkuchen geht doch immer oder? . Zutaten für 12er Backform: 🔹Nährwerte komplett: 389 kcal🔹 🔸F 9g, KH 38g, P 38g🔸 . •Teig: 🍎1 Ei Gr. L 🍎50g Magerquark 🍎25g TOTAL Protein "Vanille-Eiscreme" von  @morenutrition.de (spart 10% mit: Jessifit10 ) 🍎35g Dinkelmehl Typ 630 🍎2g Backpulver 🍎Süße nach Wahl (hatte etwas Erythrit + 1g Cookie Flavedrops) 🍎etwas Zimt 🍎Prise Salz 🍏75g frische Äpfel 🍎etwas Zimt+Zucker Mischung . ➡️1. Für den Teig erst die feuchten, dann trockenen, Zutaten miteinander verrühren. In kleine Kuchenform (12 cm Ø) füllen. Den Apfel schälen, halbieren und in dünne Scheiben schneiden. Den Teig in eine Silikonbackform geben. Anschließend die Zwetschgen waschen, halbieren und auf dem Teig verteilen. Nach Belieben Mandelplättchen darauf verteilen und ab damit ins Backrohr, bei 180 Grad für rund 30 Minuten. . We r failing as a population to educate ourselves and our children around healthy eating and adequate movement. 50,000 people a year are dying from obesity related diseases that is 140 deaths a day. The approach individuals and families need to take is multifaceted and requires long term “sustainable” change! Diets and deprivation don’t work long term! Yes in the short term u may lose a couple of kgs which is mainly muscle. This is turn slows your metabolism down long term so u end up putting on more fat and your rate at burning energy has decreased. What is the solution? We need to take responsibility for our decisions on what to eat and how we move our bodies on a daily basis! Coupled with education around health and well-being for families and individuals so they can make informed and educated choices around our physical health! The whole mental health and emotional health is another future blog post. Najczęściej udzielaną odpowiedzią zwrotną na pytanie o przeszkodę jest… ❗Brak czasu❗ Brak czasu, bo praca, dzieci, obowiązki, wieczory serial. „Nie mam czasu gotować”, „nie mam czasu ćwiczyć”. Więc... Kiedy żyjesz drogi człowieku? A raczej kiedy przeżywasz to życie w pełni, skoro nie masz czasu? 🤔 🔸️Z doświadczenia wiem – zarówno potwierdza to mój przykład, jak i przykład podopiecznych – chcieć, to móc ✔ 🔹️Dobra organizacja, jasno postawiony cel i nagle wszystko staje się możliwe. Nagle znajdujesz czas na szybkie zakupy, 30min na przygotowanie posiłku i 1h na trening, nie zawalając swoich obowiązków. 🧠Zmieniasz myślenie = zmieniasz rzeczywistość🧠 🔹️Ludzi boli to, że są odpowiedzialni za swoje życie. Niczyją winą jest to, że masz pracę taką jaką masz, partnera/ partnerkę, dzieci… 📣Warto zrozumieć, niż nikt nie jest nam niczego winien, samo nic nie przyjdzie, a żeby mieć coś więcej, niż szarą rzeczywistość, trzeba to włożyć ciężką pracę. I nie tyczy się to tylko odchudzania. Odchudzanie to jeden z wielu celów, który możemy sobie postawić📣 Słowo klucz🔑: ⚠️MOŻEMY – ale nie musimy⚠️ Jeśli na samym starcie generujesz wymówki, odpuść, bo jedyne, co Cię czeka z frustracja. Jednak jeśli chcesz coś zmienić, zacznij od rachunku sumienia, kupienia kalendarza i organizacji życia 😉! Uwierz mi, że jeśli zaczniesz coś robić w kierunku zmian...sam/a będziesz zaskoczony/a jak dużo jesteś w stanie zrobić. Flashback to teaching BodyCombat on stage 5 years ago . My training involved running 30-90 minutes most days and participating in or teaching back to back 60 minute group fitness classes. I absolutely loved it and thankfully *touch wood* never injured myself! What I didn’t realise back then was how unsustainable that kind of training was! On the one hand, it was great that I was so committed to exercise and fitness, sure I had off days when I did minimal training and had the occasional day where I spent the whole day in bed recovering but, for the most part, I was most likely exercising for at least an hour most days! I’m almost in awe of how much energy and dedication I had back then but I also didn’t know how to train effectively! I’ve come to realise that I don’t need to workout for over an hour every day to stay fit. Who has the time and energy for that?! These days my training is totally different! I train 2-3 days a week for only 30-45 minutes at a time. (Not to mention I’m also now lugging a 12kg toddler everywhere I go). The truth is we only need to exercise a couple of hours a week to reap the benefits like better energy levels, better fitness levels and fat loss! The things we learn as we get older! It’s so important to listen to our bodies and treat it with the love and respect it deserves. Otherwise we end up overtraining and burning out or getting injured along the way. . Recipe of the week! Lettuce Tacos 🌮😋. It’s super simple and tasty. One for even the busiest of mamas! If you want to healthy, delicious recipes and stay up to date with my fitness classes, join the Busy Fit Mama Community Facebook group 💜 . Ingredients - 500g Chicken Mince - 1 Brown Onion Chopped - 1 TBS Chilli Powder (for those who love spice) - 1 Packet Taco Seasoning - 1 (400g) Canned Diced Tomatoes - 1 (400g) Canned Corn Kernals (drained) - 325g Taco Sauce - Lettuce leaves (to serve) . Method: 1. Heat frying pan. Add mince, onion, taco seasoning and chilli powder. 2. Once meat has browned add tomatoes and corn. Mix together. 3. Pour taco sauce over mixture. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Stirring frequently. 4. Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves (San Choy Bau- style) . Enjoy with extra side of veg or salad and let me know what you think! 😊

Recipe of the Week! Guilt-Free Burgers 🍔😋. If you want to see more delicious, healthy recipes and stay up to date with my gym classes, join the Busy Fit Mama Community Facebook group 💜 . Ingredients: - 500g lean mince - 1 medium carrot - grated - 1/2 zucchini - grated - 1/2 onion, finely diced - 1 tsp mustard - 1/2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce - 1-2 thin slices of low-fat cheese - Salt & pepper to taste - Canola spray for cooking . Method: 1. Mix together mince, carrots, zucchini, onion, mustard, sauce and salt & pepper. 2. Divide into six equal parts. 3. Flatten out one serving and place cheese in the middle then fold sides in to make burger. 4. Repeat with remaining mix. 5. Heat pan and spray with oil. 6. Cook patties 3-4 mins each side. 7. Assemble burgers as you please. . Enjoy with a salad, or roast vegetables or in a bread roll (multi grain, whole meal or rye bread are all good options)
