Progress update, at a new low. It’s been a very slowww slowww cut. I do not drink my calories! I started using a meal prep service, as I hated what I was making. The meal prep took me to the next level. Eating a tasty 500 calorie lunch and still having room for a filling dinner. In reality I finally developed discipline. I hate undoing my progress, I hate the instant regret of pounding down a 1600 calorie in n out burger and fries. I enjoy weighing myself daily knowing I stayed in my deficit. If I go out to eat which I admit is still often I make better choices and I don’t eat everything on my plate. When I eat out, I eat out healthier, like poke and salads. Food is still a big part of my life that isn’t going away but it’s all about consistent choices. .
This week is all about the Power of Action. Thanks to @chiajar.me for this lovely quote attached to its healthy Chia Jars. The quote says it all. We always have two choices to take action or change our mindset. Quit the complaining people and start digging to create the life you want.
How would you like your relationship, career and health to be like in 1, 3 And 10 years time?
What is the first thing you KNOW you must do to get closer to your vision?
How would you feel when you get there?

You won’t always feel 100%
You won’t always feel completely recovered.
We are like batteries that need to be plugged in to recharge from time to time.
So refuel your tank:
- Prioritise Sleep
- Take a power nap
- Eat more nutritious food (carbs, protein, vegetables and fruits)
- Rehydrate (drink plenty of water)
- Do something that calms you down
- Put on Headspace app and clear your mind
- Journal your thoughts
In times like this we prefer people take a day to recover rather then depleting their tank even further, or perhaps take time to recover after a much needed workout that could help clear their mind.

Hi fit fam ❤️
I still didn’t feel well enough to lift today which is driving me craaaaazy but I’m practicing the art of listening to my body and it’s telling me to take it easy. I did 30 mins of cardio and spent some time in the sauna instead. 🧖🏽♀️ I’m hoping I’ll feel better in the very near future 🤞🏽
Tomorrow I’m heading to Oregon see my dad for Father’s Day 💕
What are your plans for Father’s Day? 👇🏽
I shaved, and my arms grew. Coincidence? I think not 🤔
Every flower 🌸 must push through the dirt in order to bath in the sunlight 🌺 .

1️⃣ of my favorite super sets is 2️⃣0️⃣ alternating dumbell raises followed by 1️⃣5️⃣ Superman 🦸🏻♂️ RAISES. The 🔑 here is to focus on those NEGATIVES, then just add a little resistance coming down and feel the BURN❗ Enjoy guys‼
PS: check out my sweet new lifting face 😂 inspired by none other than @millerjbrown3, who stole the exercise from his girlfriend...
Great time hiking with some great people today 😊. Captured this gem right before Lauren hit us with the full moon 😂. @lcollins.jpg @stormygene21
