We all know self-care isn’t just bubble baths and face masks (although I’m a fan of both). Sometimes it’s shifting the focus to our mindset and actions.
Sometimes it means eating a nutritious meal instead of fast food.
Sometimes it means saying no thank you to a social invitation, and taking some ‘me time’.
