Yep look at that sunshine beaming through the house. I should be out there enjoying this beautiful fall day-but I’m indoors nursing this nasty head and chest cold-tis the season! I think the cats sense when I’m not feeling myself because they are constantly by my side. Gotta love them fur babies.
🐦Our Set of Lovely Singing Bird Trays are made of heavy cast iron and can be used as soap dishes or as jewelry trays🧼
We added a stone accent (Rocky Mountain Ledgestone) to part of the polebarn. *️⃣ Before and after pics here. 👈Swipe left to see the final look. You can also see the process on Youtube by clicking the link in the bio👆. Have fun out there ya'll!
SWIPE to see the BEFORE of this ROOM.
It took a whole lot of man power to get this house ready in 11 weeks but I was really proud of my project managing; I’d love to in the future flip a house!
This lounge room is the soul of our home. It’s where the late night goosebump movie nights happen.
It’s where everyone gathers around the tree for Christmas and leaves bits of paper all over the floor.
It’s where puzzles are made on our coffee table or the floor -cups of milo are sipped on.
It where colds are healed and heads fall asleep after summer days in the sun- where we snuggle up under blankets as the rain pokes down on the ceiling.
It’s where dinner parties turn into reminiscing and where sleepy mornings begin while waiting to go to school.
I’m so proud of the room I’ve created- I always dreamed when I was little of family times- of making my children feel safe and loved; of creating a home of sharing and love to be proud of.
I definitely don’t have the biggest home or the fanciest- but this cosy little lounge is just what I had in mind.
We’ll be renovating the twins room with a budget of $200 in the coming weeks- would you love us to share a written blog, photos or videos or all of that process; I’ve been really proud of how I’ve been able to renovate my home on a budget and even how we saved for our initial home loan. ( we ended up with some inheritance too that helped but already had a decent deposit saved ourselves)
Would you like a blog on how to save for a home deposit?
Happy Wednesday guys

Serious, SERIOUS house envy!! @ourpnw_home did an incredible job with her newly finished home - can we talk about the beams?? This is the view from her kitchen into her living room and it cannot get any prettier.
What are your thoughts on beams in the kitchen, yay or nay? I definitely want to have a beam along the opening between the kitchen and living room, but I go back and forth about the beams on the ceiling.
Follow along as I share our house building journey, as well as all the details and inspiration!
Pretty in pink.....asters and roses for a beautiful customer @nic_bassy. I love being able to work from home and sometimes in our little caravan with pop up events. I need to post more pics. We have been raising our little lamb and doing flowers with her in the house, is no small feat, let alone taking pretty pics. Roses are her favourite. Also Spring has definitely sprung at our little fixer upper over on our other account, we have three new little ducklings. They are so gorgeous. This is our business account but I also have my other gallery over @littlepaddockfarmhouse I wish I could combine the two together. Not sure if you can even do that or how you do it! But if you would like more pretty pics of lambs, ducks and horses and chickens, you are more than welcome to pop on over and take a look. Oh, and also our little fixer upper, which hasn't had much fixing up since we started our little business 🌸🌿 #flowers#blooooms
🍁 Hi Ladies! I’m photographing some things for the blog today... and trying really hard to pretend that it’s really fall, even though it’s only 90°s today!! ... but my pumpkins and cinnamon candle are doing a nice job at helping me pretend. 😂 🍂 As you can see, I’m using some of my favorites old books as risers for this collection of pretties... the best place to find some of these timeless beauties is the Goodwill and thrift stores! 🌾 Other items that you can use as risers are wooden boxes, bricks, bowls, plates, buckets, etc. Use whatever you can find around the house! Be creative & decorate! 💕Tracey
