Introducing @beccas_battle : How did I get started? I started out keeping it very simple- cut out sugar, sodas (even diet), breads, chips, rice and pastas. I stuck to simple recipes and made sure I had food prepped and ready to go so I didn’t go scavenging for food. I took baby steps guys. I didn’t dive right into Keto because quite honestly I didn’t understand everything behind it so I needed to research more on it. I didn’t start out fasting🤷🏻♀️ I let my body go into it naturally. My point: how do you start losing weight?- you just start taking baby steps to your goal. Don’t wait until you have all the answers on what you’re suppose to do for this journey, you can figure all that out along the way. Non of us knew everything we know now before we started. Every person you follow for inspiration started at square one and were just as lost as you. The thing we all have in common is we just started one day and didn’t quit. We didn’t know everything about Keto or whatever way of eating or exercise program got us to our goals. We learned it along the way. Don’t think you need to know it all to get to the goal. Just start. Take it one day at a time and figure out the small stuff along the way. Fuel yourself with research and try to understand what’s going on in your body🖤🖤you don’t need to know it all, all you need to know is that you want this and you aren’t going to quit this time! You got this🖤🖤
Get up every morning and tell yourself "I can do this". Yes, it will be hard but that's what makes it great! Be consistent and it will work!
I changed my lifestyle for many reasons the first reason was revenge body on my ex wanting to show him i could be bad all by myself then it quickly changed and i wanted it to be about me and for me it was a change i needed to make to save my life and to be able to start a family once i found Mr.Right being over weight has caused many health complications and one of them being infertility so this is for me and my family i hope to have in the near future 🙌🏽

I've always been blessed with confidence but I believe there's different kinds of confidence. I've always been a confident heavy girl, enjoyed dolling myself up and always put together, dressed well and all but the confidence I feel now is SO DIFFERENT. I don't even know how to explain it. Self-confidence is magical but when you combine it with determination and discipline, it is a super power... Once you start believing in yourself, you become unstoppable! So what are you waiting for? Nothing is IMPOSSIBLE. Don't let anything stop you. Did you fall off the wagon? Hop back on! Miss a day or two at the gym? Get back to it! But whatever you do, don't quit! I believe in every single one of you! It's time you believe in yourself too!

I am so flipping busy!! I am a little over living my life in a constant rush. But, I am keeping my priorities in check and am going to stay positive. Lot’s of good things going on. I will keep a list of what I need to do and prioritize. I will do my best and be ok with some things not getting done. Thank GOD for my workout this morning-I was smiling so much during my #cardio because I was able to release. Este #transformationtuesday é para #thestairman . .Nem uma vez ele me pediu para mudar de qualquer maneira ... mas ele tem sido o meu maior apoio através desta transformação e qualquer coisa que eu coloquei minha mente. Ele nunca me limita ou o meu potencial e está sempre disposto a me ajudar a crescer. No dia em que nos conhecemos, eu tinha 150 quilos de confiança e amor próprio. Eu não sabia se ele estava 100% bem com o meu tamanho, mas eu estava. Ele nunca usou meu peso ou tamanho para me descrever quando falava de mim porque ele conhecia o meu verdadeiro eu. Há muito mais para mim do que o meu peso e eu sempre fiz disso um ponto. Estou feliz que ele tenha visto também. Eu aprecio minha jornada hoje em grande parte porque ele está bem ali ao meu lado, indo junto comigo, com o propósito de me fazer feliz..
. . . . . P.S. o "antes" não era o meu mais pesado, foi tirado quase 3 anos atrás (12 anos depois que nos conhecemos) e meu peso estava em torno de 120 kg. Hoje eu sento entre 70 kg a 75 kg e eu felizmente não estresso sobre a escala, especialmente desde que eu peguei o levantamento de peso. Eu sou ativa, eu como muito bem, mas o melhor de tudo, Sou saudável. . . . . . . .
Don’t give up. Even if ur losing weight slower than someone else. Don’t give up. I quit so many times before, but i wasn’t quitting this time. 3 years later I’m 160 lbs down from my high weight and have had some of my excess skin removed. That’s slower than a lot of people, but I’m here just the same. Don’t give up. 💪🏻

Let’s change the stigma around a lot of things. Let’s break away from what’s perceived as common, and soar high with our wings. We are fairly more capable than we perceive even at a rough time. One thing I need to share with a lot of you, you do not need someone to complete you. You’ve got so much ahead of you, when someone shares your happiness and all you have achieved/overcame in life, not just because they are the sole purpose of happiness - that’s what a real relationship is. I learnt this quite the hard way. Just me. On my own. If it happens, it happens. I’m content with who I am, I’m still a work in progress, and I’m focusing on that. Blissfully in the car. Faith. Happiness. Perseverance. Moving forward. Who’s ready for Spring!!? #bliss#authenticity
