Gratitude is a great way to bring things into balance when you are in a funk.
To get yourself out, look around your experience and look with purpose. You will find little glimmers of light that turn into bright shining stars.
It may not be easy depending on your situation but those sparkles of light are there no matter what. Have faith and trust in your ability to see the light.
Personally, I am seeing inter-generational trauma manifesting as negative experiences and for me it's the little day to day things that give me the strength to keep on keeping on.
Here is an example: I have a rainwater tank and we ran out of water on top of that experience is other negativity to weigh down the load even more. I'm not choosing to ignore the issues, I am choosing to focus on gratitude until I am able to address the situation again in a lighter energy.
I am grateful for the remaining water and for providing enough water so I may do my dishes. I am grateful for my son sleeping in this morning to allow me to process and transform this emotion into a positive. AMD here I am now writing this post. Sharing my experience in hope to guide others through negative experiences.
Cause they will happen.
Our strength is in how we deal with it.
You are enough. You are worthy of happiness. You are safe to express your emotions in better ways for your well-being.
It may be painful and feel like suffering. But I have absolute faith that you possess the ability to do it. We all do.
Love and blessings to you all 😍
So thankful for Jemima & Kailey and their heart of worship! God used these ladies to write an amazing song that they shared today at church! Swipe to listen. Many hearts were impacted by these awesome lyrics! 🙌🏻💒 #MorethanWords#heartofworship#expression
“Soul Searchin’” a poem of mine I wrote. Becus it’s something we are all doing. Whether we may or may not admit it. Just know everything we go thru serves its purpose. whether good or bad. Learning to be more self aware, and less insecure. And coming to grips with the weaknesses of urself. So u can make the proper changes. When u look in the mirror? What do u see?
