(ad) Hooray for science! Last week my son and his friends did the coolest science workshop party, with 10 hands-on experiments involving dry ice, both entertaining and educational.
So many oooohs and aaaahs and shrieks of delight as they combined elements and watched interesting chemical reactions.
Workshops are designed for ages 6-12 and are facilitated by university students, who bring enthusiasm and expertise to the experience. They speak both English and German fluently, so workshops can be held in either language.
Along with the workshop, they offer birthday party packages, which make use of the cool neon lit room you see in the last photo.
X Labs is located in Zürich in Sihlcity, very convenient by public transport or car.

📖Referencia ~ Es el nombre con el que @patxi_troitino denomina la técnica de infusión directa por presión y tratamiento térmico negativo utilizando hielo seco.
El CO2 infiere presión al destilado y aromáticos que elijamos, lo que ayuda a;
1). No perder alcohol
2). Infusionar aromáticos por frío y presión y que sus volátiles se fijen en nuestro destilado por la capacidad higroscópica del alcohol.
3). La sublimación provoca que el Cocktail tenga una carga aromática que nuestro comensal podrá disfrutar en nariz y en retrogusto.
