Why I've been training less, down in weight but I'm content ⠀
From my last competition a year ago I've been on regular schedule programming non-stop. Volume and intensity would be challenging and sometimes I felt so fatigued from training and life. For the last little bit I've been training 2-3 times a week, eating less and not having to force myself to eat.
I'm actually fine with all of this because it's a step back from firing on all cylinders. Training consistency and having to build momentum and eating to get that fuel in me was me running at my best. It's nice to take a step back from it all for once. For now I'm just finishing checking off some fun training goals and then it's back to regular scheduled programming. We're going to build a war plan for my next competition.
When I decided to make my health and fitness a priority I became a member on @bodybuildingcom and from there, I discovered my love for programming and coaching.
