What up my people, just checking in with y'all because it's been a while since I posted a weightloss update, but here it is...
As of rite now I'm sitting at approximately 268 lbs, Coming down from 369lbs . As some of ya'll know from my post a couple of weeks ago, I hit the 100lbs down mark. I also finished the #75HARD aka boot camp program which is a 75 day mental Strengthening program. What was supposed to be 75 days turned into 119 days because I fuked up on day 43 my 1st try around. .
Through 75HARD I got on track with weightloss and conquered proper Nutrition and a Bad relationship with food, which is something that I've been struggling with for a long time. I started the #phase1 of the #livehard program which is the next phase after 75HARD. After day 3 of phase 1 I decided to put it on hault because one of the requirements is a "Really Cold Shower" "soo cold that it causes discomfort" but the truth is my shower doesn't get that cold, neither does my gyms shower and neither does another shower I tried at a local campground. .
Once I figure out my cold shower situation I will start Phase 1 again. But until than I'm still putting in work every day and still on this weightloss and Greatness journey. I haven't gave up on my goals and I'm still pushing hard and getting my dues paid!

Backseat selfies on the way to Florida!! Can’t wait for this weekend. Taking it a day at a time with recent health issues deciding to pop up again but after some tests performed I am happy to say we are one step closer to finding out what it truly is and we are ruling out what it is not. Blood work is great, heart is great, liver, kidneys, pancreas, and gallbladder are all great. Doctors think it could be a stomach ulcer 😔😔 hoping for the best!! First ever batch of homemade kraut! I’m three weeks into an amazing elimination diet recommended by the magical Sherri at @synergyherbs, including supplements and probiotics. I’ve always eaten plain yogurt, but kraut and kombucha? 🤔 🥬 🧂 .
I grew up smelling stinky kraut and weenies permeating the school corridors, and just picked out the hotdogs while leaving the tepid, slimy cabbage on the tray. Nasty! 🤢 .
But when I moved to Detroit in my 20s, I learned they wouldn’t serve brats with pickle relish, so I tried it their way with cold, crunchy kraut and spicy mustard. Freaking yum!! 😋🌭.
So I just threw away the weird kraut-in-a-plastic-bag from the store and am chowing down on the real thing. I’m a convert!
Aloe Leaf Detox Smoothie
Carefully slice your section of aloe leaf open,
Filleting it as it were a fish and trimming away the
Green skin & spikes. Scoop out the clear gel and placed
In the blender. Add the ginger peeled, shredded or finely cut & water to the blender & blend for
10-20sec. Add pineapple or orange juice and drink it immediately

There’s a misconception sometimes that an online business means you stay at your laptop.

Just because you have an online business, it doesn’t mean you neglect the real life stuff in person. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You must still do both…
The online, AND the offline. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Firstly, you need to show up as YOU! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Even if it’s online still, it means you’ve got to share yourself.
Maybe that’s in pictures, podcasts or IGTV / Facebook Live… You still need to have a presence!
Building relationship is the key to any good business. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
There’s also a lot more enjoyment in actually meeting people face to face.
Online is a great place to make a connection, or a great place to continue a real life connection.
Nothing beats meeting in person though. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I always make sure to get to events, masterminds and dinners where I can meet people I’ve been in touch with or introduce myself to new people to build real life relationships. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It might feel like the last thing you want to do. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You’re comfortable at your laptop, right?!
But being online is only one piece of the puzzle…

Both of these were taken on a walk with my son. Since he was born, I have wanted to be a fit mom. A mom that can run around and play, a mom that can take him to do fun things. I have sat and watched him play more than I would care to admit. We take a couple of walks a week, but I couldn't race him or play tag or have an extended water fight. This summer we have hiked, run, raced, played tag, ridden bikes, and may more things I couldn't do before. I really tried other times to get my eating and weight under control. Not 1 single thing has even come close to working as keto has. My body had always hurt. I was so addicted to carbs. I am so grateful for my new life!
Happy Friday!! I got to sleep in a little this morning because I don't have to go to work. Yippee!! Twenty minutes was all I needed to sweat out my anxiety about school starting on Monday and not being prepared.
Plus, I have other things on my mind, too.
Time to get ready to take Jim to have his wisdom teeth taken out then school shopping with the kids.
