[Plank Rows to Dumbbell Deadlifts!!]
This is a crappy camera angle but I kept it to post because I wanted to point out that this is a dumbbell Deadlift, not a squat!
I'm always looking for Combo movements that incorporate the posterior chain (back of the body) and I really like these.
The difference is in where the dumbbell/foot placement is! You're jumping your feet between the dumbbells - keeping your chest Upright- and engaging your glutes and core in order to lift the dumbbells off the ground. Totally changes the game. Give 'em a try!!

At home shoulder day! Everything in this should be possible with a few dumbbells or kettlebells, and a band. Genetically I have an easier time growing my shoulders, but I still have had to put a lot of work in to get them to the size they are. If you’re trying to grow your shoulders the one exercise that I would recommend is seated military dumbbell press, and going heavy. Having a spotter when going heavy is a hard requirement for me, I actually had ash spot me on my last set so i could go heavy and make sure I didn’t get into trouble. I have one more day to round out the @home series.
